God’s Move Depends upon Our Moving: the Church must Match Christ in His Move

God's Move Depends upon Our Moving: the Church must Match Christ in His Move [In the picture: The wheels following the living creatures indicates that the move of God’s work depends upon our moving (Ezek. 1:19; cf. Eccl. 11:4).]

The wheels following the living creatures indicates that the move of God’s work depends upon our moving (Ezek. 1:19; cf. Eccl. 11:4).

In Ezekiel 1:19-20 we see that there are four living creatures, each one having a great and high wheel, and wherever the creatures went, the wheels went also.

The creatures followed the Spirit, the wheels went with the creatures, and the Spirit was in the wheels – so mysterious, yet so real in our daily experience. This means that if we move in faith, the Lord will follow our move.

The move of God’s work depends upon our move, and when we move by following the Spirit, we have God’s move with us. We need to exercise to be one with the Triune God in the move of the great wheel of His economy by exercising to pray in the mingled spirit to be one with Him in His move.

The Lord tells us in Isa. 45:11, Concerning the work of My hands, Command Me! We as the church can command God concerning the work of His hands – and whatever we ask by abiding in the Lord, He will do for us (John 15:7).

When we move in faith, God will move in our move. We follow the Spirit by being one with the Spirit in our spirit (1 Cor. 6:17), and the Lord follows us with His move.

He moves in our move. If we move, God moves. If we don’t move one with the Lord, He is limited in His move.

Lord, save us from limiting You in Your move. May we see where You want us to move, and may we follow the Spirit to move so that God’s move may go on. Lord, we want to follow You wherever You go. We want to be one with You, Lord, in Your move on the earth. We are here for You, for Your move, for Your eternal economy!

When We Move God Moves – The Wheel Follows the Creatures

We are the “four living creatures” – we are those who love the Lord, enjoy Him, and are daily revived to be living both individually and with a group of vital saints in the church life.

As those who love the Lord and are here for His economy, we don’t need to wait until the Lord moves before we move. God has been waiting for His children, His believers, to move for the past 2000 years.

We need to see that the great wheel of God’s move in His economy follows the living creatures when they move. If we move, God moves. If we don’t move, God has no move on earth.

If we go to preach the gospel, God will go with us and save sinners. If we move for the church life, God will move in our move. We as the living creatures follow the Spirit, and the Lord follows us in His move.

Wow, what an organic union! You don’t even know who follows who – do we follow the Spirit, or does the Lord follow us? In our organic union with the Lord, as we pray ourselves into the mingled spirit, we will be one with the Lord to move, and the Lord will follow us with His move!

We need to move on boldly in coordination with the Body, and the great wheel of the move of God’s economy will follow us. We need to move and go to the uttermost parts of the earth, starting with taking Europe for the Lord, and the Lord will follow us in our move!

This is the move that God desires to have on earth today – not a movement, not an organization, not a “mission board” sending people, but a group of living creatures who are blended together, who are under the Head of the Body and in coordination with the saints, and who move by following the Spirit!

The Church Must Match Christ – the Rim matches the Hub

Christ is the hub, the wheel within the wheel, and He is the center of God’s economy and of the church. When we have Christ as our center, we become the rim, the outer wheel, the full expression of Christ (Eph. 3:14-21).

With the wheel of God’s move, God’s activity, there is the need of the church as the rim to match Christ as the hub; when we have Christ as the center and the church as the rim, we will have the wheel of God’s economy moving all the time (Eph. 5:32; Col. 1:17-18).

With the wheel of God’s move, God’s activity, there is the need of the church as the rim to match Christ as the hub; when we have Christ as the center and the church as the rim, we will have the wheel of God’s economy moving all the time (Eph. 5:32; Col. 1:17-18).

Christ as the inner wheel, the hub, is always moving and living, and the church as the rim must match Christ. When Christ moves, the church must move also, and just as the hub moves a little the rim moves a lot, so when the Lord moves a little, the church moves a lot!

The Lord is waiting for the church to match Him in His move, and we are the spokes, the many members of the Body who are connected to the Head and express Him on earth. We magnify Christ (Phil. 1:20) and express Him in His move.

When we have Christ as the center and the church as the rim matching Him, we will have the wheel of God’s economy moving all the time (Eph. 5:32; Col. 1:17-18).

We need to pray for this. We need to pray for God to move on. We need to pray for God to move in Eastern Europe and in all the darkness of the Western “modern” Europe. We need to pray for God to move in the Arab-speaking countries.

He has to gain some shining lampstands in the darkness of Egypt, Irak, Iran, Afghanistan  Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Algeria, Chad, Eritrea, Kuwait, Libya  Syria, Sudan, Oman, Morocco, Palestine, Somalia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, and Qatar!

Who will rise up to pray for this? Who will pray for God’s move in all these countries? Who will command God concerning the work of His hands, that He would SAVE the lost and FILL many human beings with the Triune God as life?

God wants to move; He is eager to move into all these countries, but who will pray?

Being One with the Lord in His Move

We may look at our own situation, at the things we need to do, our job, our family, our church life, our needs… and we may be discouraged when it comes to God’s move.

But we need to turn to our spirit, and in this joining to the Lord as one spirit we will be one with Him for His move. What is IMPOSSIBLE with us it is POSSIBLE with God. He can do what we cannot do.

All we have to do is cooperate with Him through prayer. Just abide in Him, and pray in oneness with Him. When we abide in the Lord, He will put words in us, and He will pray in us the prayers that He needs for Him to move.

He will empower us to cooperate with Him and move one with Him. We may move one with the Lord a little by opening our mouth to speak the gospel to our classmate or workmate, or we may visit some new ones to read the Bible with them.

We move a little by following the Spirit, and He moves in our move. Step by step, little by little, prayer by prayer, day by day, a little move after a little move, God will have a way to move in us and through us.

Together, we will match Him in His move, and we as the rim will move as the hub moves – and there will be the great wheel of the move of God’s economy on the earth!

All we need to do is to be one with the Lord today in His move by praying in this organic union for Him to MOVE!

Lord, keep us in the organic union with You. Lord, we want to cooperate with You as much as we can today. Right now, Lord, we open to You. We are joined to You as one spirit, and we want to move one with You. Lord, move on earth! Lord, come in and SAVE! Lord, save so many in Eastern and Western Europe! Lord, save so many in all the Arab-speaking countries! Lord, may the great wheel of Your economy operate and move in all the earth, country by country!

God’s Move on Earth is by the Move of “the High and Awesome Wheels” (Ezek. 1)

God's Move on Earth is by the Move of "the High and Awesome Wheels" (Ezek. 1) [In the picture: Our God is living, our Lord is moving, and the Spirit is working, to carry out God's eternal economy. ]

Our God is living, our Lord is moving, and the Spirit is working, to carry out God’s eternal economy.

The way God carries out His economy is through His move, and God’s move is portrayed in Ezek. 1:15-21 by the move of the high and awesome wheels.

When we walk from here to there we don’t need wheels, but when we go to specific places we need some wheels. God has a special move, He wants to accomplish something, and His extraordinary move is by the great and high wheels.

It is not by ourselves, by our own strength, but by God as our supply and power. The Triune God is a living, moving, and working God, working tirelessly to carry out God’s economy.

We are little people, earthen vessels, very small, but God in His move has reached us in His recovery and He has brought us into the local churches. In the church there is only one move of God, and as we go to work, to school, at home, or anywhere we are, we have the move of God with us.

We may be little people but we can pray in a big and bold way to bring the high and awesome wheel of the move of God’s economy with us!

This move bears God’s appearance – when others see us, they see God! When others come to meet with us, they see God among us!

Lord, may all the local churches have a great and awesome wheel with them, the move of God! Save us from having any appearance that is unique and distinct – we want to bear the appearance of God. Lord, be with us at work, at school, on the street, while driving, and in everything we do. Accompany us with Your move, Lord, and make us fully one with You that we may bear Your expression!

God’s Move for His Purpose By His Strength

In Ezekiel 1:15-21 we see a great vision concerning the four living creatures who are moving all over the earth, and each one had a great and high wheel, all bearing the appearance of beryl.

The living creatures had four faces and four wings; the wings signify God’s strength and grace covering us and empowering us to soar. We as the living creatures may not be that high or big, but we are strengthened and supplied by God.

We should not look at ourselves – we are not the source, but God is the source of His move.

Our God is living (see 1 Tim. 3:15; Heb. 3:12), our Lord is moving (Matt. 16:18), and the Spirit is working (Rev. 5:6b) to carry out God’s eternal economy. The Triune God is more than vital – living, moving, and working – and we are joined to this One in our spirit!

We may be little people, not having high degrees or being extremely smart, but we can pray to God in a bold way to bring the high and awesome wheel of the move of God’s economy!

We should pray big prayers – not just prayers for our needs, but prayers for the Lord’s testimony to be all over the earth and especially to gain Europe city by city so that one day there may also be a Lord’s Table meeting recovered in Jerusalem, Israel! As long as we are one with the Lord, this is NOT impossible!

Today we all, wherever we are and whatever we do, should have a high and awesome wheel with us (see Acts 13:1-4). Both as individual Christians and as the local church, we should have the high and awesome wheel of God’s move with us!

God Needs a Move On the Earth!

The move of God to carry out His economy is by the move of the high and awesome wheels portrayed in Ezekiel 1:15-21.

The move of God to carry out His economy is by the move of the high and awesome wheels portrayed in Ezekiel 1:15-21.

The move of the four living creatures and the move of the wheels was on the earth – God today needs a move on the earth among man and with man (Ezek. 1:15; Matt. 6:10).

In the heavens God has the angels and His armies, but on earth He has man whom He created in His image and likeness to be one with man and make man fully one with Him for His move. On earth today where we are God wants to move.

The appearance of God’s move is like beryl (Ezek. 1:16), which in Daniel 10:6 is the appearance of the Lord when He was moving. Within the move of the wheels is the appearance of the Lord – God moves in us, among us, and through us.

It is us as Christians, human beings with God living in them, that go to work, go to school, study in university, seek for jobs, live the family life, etc. but it is God who is expressed through us. The more we all enjoy Christ the more we express Christ – and we all bear the image of Christ!

God needs such a move on the earth today – both in many individual believers and in many local churches spreading all over the earth one with God in His move!

The Lord’s Move has the Same Appearance in Every Church

All the wheels in Ezek. 1 have the same likeness, which means that, just like the 7 golden lampstands in Revelation 1, we bear the same likeness, the same expression, the same appearance!

We should not seek to be different in our expression as a local church but rather just enjoy Christ and let Him be expressed through us!

I have visited many local churches on the earth and I can testify that whether the saints are in Taiwan, USA, Canada, Romania, England, Portugal, Spain, France, Greece, China, or Poland, the expression of the local churches is the same! The saints bear the image and expression of Christ, and there’s the move of God with the local churches in the Lord’s recovery!

God has only one move, God gives us only one thing to enjoy – Christ, and God has only one expression all over the earth!

There is no need to “turn” by following a certain special leader or dominating brother – we just go on following the Lord’s move on earth today! We move in coordination, in oneness, and in our move God is moving.

The high and awesome rims are full of eyes (Ezek. 1:18), which means that if we are one with the Lord in His move today, we will have His insight and His revelation!

The high and awesome rims of the wheels being full of eyes indicates that if we are one with the Lord in His move, we will have His insight and revelation; the more we participate in the Lord’s move, the more we will be enlightened and the more we will be able to see.

The high and awesome rims are full of eyes (Ezek. 1:18), which means that if we are one with the Lord in His move today, we will have His insight and His revelation!

Just as Paul prayed, we will have the eyes of our heart enlightened that we may see what God’s move is and what is He doing today (Eph. 1:17). Just stay in God’s move, just be one with the Lord in His move, and there will be a lot of seeing, revelation, and vision.

The Lord’s Move with Watchman Nee and Witness Lee

There is much to say about these two ministers of the Lord and how they saw God’s move, were in God’s move, and furthered God’s move on the earth, and here are a few such manifestations.

In 1949 Watchman Nee saw that the political situation in China was inclining towards Communism, so he had some conferences and he sent Witness Lee to Taiwan to preserve the testimony of the Lord.

When brother Lee went to Taiwan, the Lord moved in his moving: in max. 5-10 years there were hundreds of churches on the island of Taiwan, and there was a great spiritual awakening. Then brother Lee saw the importance of the USA in the spreading of the truths in the Lord’s recovery, and he moved there in the 1960’s, when he himself was almost 60 years old.

He started in the USA by praying for three weeks with some brothers, and the Lord began to move. The Lord opened up the heavens to His recovery, and today we have the life-study of the Bible and many other books opening the deeper truths in God’s word.

In 1991, after many years of prayer among the saints in the local churches and all over the world, Witness Lee was one with the Lord in sending some saints to move to Russia after the Communism fell. Now there are more than 200 churches in this country, and the hunger for the truth is great.

Recently, the Lord has continued to move in His recovery toward Europe – many local churches are being established, the free Rhema literature is being distributed in almost all European countries, and there are hundreds of seeking believers desiring more fellowship.

In England, UK, during the Olympic Games this past year there were more than 70.000 New Testament Recovery Version distributed, and more than 60% of the recipients want further contact.

The Lord is really moving – whether through great moves, small moves, outward moves, inward and house-to-house moves… He is moving today! Oh, that all believers would see the wheel of the great move of God’s economy today and pray for it, be in it, and be one with God to move in His move today!

Lord, open our eyes to see God’s move today. We want to be one with You in Your move. Lord, You are the source, the supply, and the strength for us to move and do anything. May You be expressed through us, and may we bear Your likeness at work, at school, at home, in the church, and wherever You have placed us. Lord, may Your kingdom come on the earth. Recover the earth, Lord, and gain many people today for Your testimony, for Your move!

Seeing and Being in the Great Wheel of the Move of God’s Economy (Ezekiel 1)

Seeing and Being in the Great Wheel of the Move of God's Economy (Ezekiel 1) [in the picture: In every age and in every generation, the wheel of God’s economy has been moving on earth, and now we all are a part of the move of this great wheel.]

In every age and in every generation, the wheel of God’s economy has been moving on earth, and now we all are a part of the move of this great wheel.

In this universe there is such a thing as the will of God, and what God desires to do is not necessarily related to matters related to our personal benefit and comfort.

In His will, God wants to become the life, content, and everything to His people so that He may be expressed corporately through them. For this great will of God, He made a purpose, and according to His purpose He has an arrangement  a plan, an economy, to carry out the great will of God (see Eph. 1:10; 3:9; 1 Tim. 1:4).

God’s economy is a process, an arrangement  through which God dispenses Himself into His chosen people to be their life, their content, and their everything, to make them His corporate expression on the earth.

For the accomplishing of His economy, God has a great move on the earth, which in Ezekiel 1:15-21 is likened to a great wheel moving everywhere on the earth.

The Triune God has moved out of eternity and into time, and in time and space He moves in and with man, so that He may dispense Himself into man until He fills and saturates man to make man His expression in full.

Right now on the earth there is a great “wheel of God’s economy” moving to and fro, accomplishing God’s economy and fulfilling God’s will to gain the church, the Body of Christ, His corporate expression.

We need to see the great wheel of God’s economy and we need to be in it today!

Ezekiel 1: the Vision of the Great Wheel of God’s Move

In Ezekiel 1 there’s a mysterious vision being unveiled, and if you “put on the glasses of God’s economy” you will see something concerning the great wheel of God’s economy on the earth.

Every one of the four living creature has four faces (the four aspects of Christ as revealed in the gospel) and each face has a wheel; their appearance as they move is of a man and there’s only one great wheel! So interesting…

God’s economy is likened here to a great wheel – the hub is Christ as the center of God’s economy, the rim is the church as the fullness and expression of Christ, and the many spokes are the believers in Christ!

In Col. 1:16-17 we see that Christ is the hub, the One who sustains and upholds all things, and all things subsist in Him. In Eph. 1:23 we see that the church is the Body of Christ, the fullness and the enlargement of Christ. The spokes are the many believers who are holding to Christ as the center and express Him corporately as the Body of Christ! [in the picture: The many believers as the members of Christ are the spokes of the hub spreading to the rim, to the Body of Christ.]

The many believers as the members of Christ are the spokes of the hub spreading to the rim, to the Body of Christ

This great wheel of God’s economy is for the great move of God on the earth. God moves on earth in man, through man, and as man. It is man, yet God moves in man – God is fully mingled with man and one with man, and man moves one with God and in the move of God!

The Great Wheel of God’s Economy

The Triune God is not static, stagnant, or passive; rather, He is a living, moving, and acting God. He moved out of eternity and into time approx. 6000 years ago when He created man, and since then He’s been journeying into time.

Approx. 2000 years ago God moved in man and even became a man, lived a perfect human life for 33.5 years, died on the cross, traveled to Hades, and then resurrected and traveled back to the heavens to fill the heavens!

From the heavens He journeyed again by being outpoured into His many believers, and today God in Christ as the Spirit is in all His believers on the earth, moving in them, through them, and with them. These are God’s goings forth from eternity prophesied in Micah 5:2.

In Acts we see how God moved from Jerusalem to Samaria, to all Judea, and then – with the help of the persecution – to Galilee and the surrounding areas.

In Acts 13:1-4 we see how God took another step in His move: He moved toward Asia and then Europe! With Paul, Barnabas, Silas, Titus, and the other co-workers of Paul, God moved and flowed all the way to Rome and to the uttermost parts of the earth (Acts 17:1-6; Rom. 15:18-19)!

In man and through man God moved to Europe, and from Europe He moved to China, India, Australia, Asia, Africa, America, and everywhere! Today God is continually moving, and the wheel of God’s economy is turning!

He is recovering city by city, establishing His shining lampstands, gaining His seekers, shepherding the hungry ones, and gaining more people!

God’s Move has Reached Us

In God’s mercy and in His sovereignty we are here in the Lord’s recovery, and the great wheel of God’s move has reached us (Acts 28:31). Whether we are in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, America, or anywhere else, the great wheel of the move of God’s economy has reached us.

The move of God’s economy has never stopped and will never stop until it fulfills God’s will, to gain His corporate expression in full on earth in humanity.

In every age, on every continent, and in every generation the great wheel of God’s economy has been moving, and now we have the privilege to be part of the moving of the great wheel.

Especially in Europe, the land of Antichrist, before this one will rise up to power, God is moving powerfully (through the Bible distribution, the gospel on the campuses, the shepherding in the homes, the establishing of new local churches, and many other ways) to gain strong, shining testimonies in every locality.

Whether under communism, dictatorship, democracy, or monarchy, God is moving to gain His seeking ones, dispense Himself into them, and fulfill His economy! May we all see the great move of the wheel of God’s economy, and may we all be in it!

May a vision of the great wheel of the move in God’s economy control us, govern us, and keep us one with God for the fulfilling of His will on the earth! This wheel is turning, moving, and going on until it will consummate the age and bring the Lord back!

We need to pray and cooperate with the Lord for His move to be accomplished, and then He will return!

Lord Jesus, show us a clear vision of the great wheel of Your economy moving on the earth today. Lord, save us from being aimless Christians. Thank You for reaching us and for bringing us into Your recovery. Lord, may a clear controlling vision of the Lord’s economy direct our heart! Make us those one with You, praying for Your move, Your economy, and Your heart’s desire to be carried out! Your will be done!

Giving God our Full Cooperation for Him to Move in the Principle of Incarnation

Giving God our Full Cooperation for Him to Move in the Principle of Incarnation [In the picture: In order for God to regain the earth from the usurping hand of the enemy, we need to be in full cooperation and coordination with Him in the principle of incarnation]

In order for God to regain the earth from the usurping hand of the enemy, we need to be in full cooperation and coordination with Him in the principle of incarnation.

These past few weeks we have been getting into the matter of prayer – a man of prayer, persevering in prayer, and the need for more prayer. But why do we need to pray? What is the goal of our prayer?

We need to see that without prayer we cannot be one with the Lord and God cannot have a move on the earth. Through prayer, we are ushered into oneness with the Triune God, which oneness will bring in the great wheel of God’s economy on earth.

God doesn’t want us to pray so that we may be better Christians, and neither does He desire merely “men who pray at all time”; God desires to have a group of people on earth who are fully one with Him so that His move may be brought forth and so that the wheel of His economy may advance on earth.

When we see God’s move, when we see that we can be one with God in His move on earth, prayer will no longer be a formality, a routine, or an obligation, but a wonderful way for us to be one with the Triune God so that we may bring in God’s move.

When we pray, we enter into oneness with the Lord, and we see and pray for God’s move on the earth! We need to ask the Lord,

Lord, pour out the spirit of prayer and supplications upon Your people today! We want to pray as those who have seen the great wheel of Your move! Lord, we want to be one with You. Make us those who cannot stop praying because we are so one with the Triune God within us who doesn’t stop praying!

Being in Full Cooperation with God Through Prayer

Looking at the history of the people of Israel we see how God needs a group of people on the earth that would be one with Him for the carrying out of His move.

The God who created the heavens and the earth could have just cleared the land of Canaan before the people of Israel and help them just settle in, but instead He wanted to gain His people to cooperate and coordinate with Him to destroy God’s enemies and take the good land as their possession.

God depends on man’s cooperation and coordination in the principle of incarnation – He would not do something (even though He really wants to do it) unless man cooperates with Him through prayer.

The history of God’s people on earth is the history of the energizing God working among His people – God operating to energize His people to cooperate with Him for the accomplishment of His eternal economy.

We need to be one with God in His divine history, moving and living in His energizing within us to be the overcomers who cooperate with Him today. It is God who operates in us both the willing and the working (Phil. 2:13) – we just need to cooperate with Him!

We need to be one with God, in living, and in everything we do, so that we may write God’s history today!

We need to be the living, vital, active, Joshua and Caleb’s of today, defeating God’s enemies and taking possession of the good land through our prayer of cooperating with God’s move on earth today!

One with the Lord in the Principle of Incarnation

Everything that God does today is not by Himself but in the principle of incarnation. He can do so much in and by Himself, but He chooses to be limited to His mingling with man.

In incarnation we have the divine nature being brought into the human nature: no longer God alone or man alone, but God in man and man in God working as one. God would not do the regaining of the corrupted world by Himself – He needs His people to cooperate with Him!

If we look at ourselves, at our situation and condition, we will realize that this is impossible with man. But it is possible with God – God is our unique possibility! Now Christ is the life-giving Spirit mingled with our spirit, and we are one spirit with the Lord (1 Cor. 6:17).

God wants to recover the earth and to establish His kingdom on the earth, but for Him to do this, He needs us His people to be one with Him according to the principle of incarnation (Rev. 11:15; 12:10; 1 Cor. 6:17; 7:10, 25, 40b).

Satan has deceived and corrupted man, and today Satan is usurping everyone on the earth, taking over people and nations illegally and unrighteously. For God to regain the earth from under Satan’s usurpation, He needs that His people would be in full cooperation and coordination with Him through prayer.

This is what we pray for, that God may regain the earth and bring in His kingdom! We today need to be one with God in His move – one with God in life, in living, and in our entire doing on the earth (1 Cor. 6:17; John 15:1, 4-5, 7, 16).

Seeing the Great Wheel of God’s Move on Earth

Seeing the Great Wheel of God's Move on Earth - We need to be one with the Triune God in the move of the great wheel of His economy for His will to be done on earth.

We need to be one with the Triune God in the move of the great wheel of His economy for His will to be done on earth

We will get into this matter much more these days, but in Ezekiel 1:15-21 we see a big wheel moving all the time on the earth – this is the great wheel of God’s move.

God is continually moving on the earth, and His move in this universe is with Christ and the church. The center and the hub of the great wheel is Christ, and the church is the circumference, the rim.

When we see God’s move on the earth, the great wheel of God’s economy, we will spontaneously be one with Him and we cannot but pray for Him to move and operate and accomplish what He desires.

We will then practice the church life in the light of God’s move, and we will know Christ as the center of God’s move, and the church as the enlargement and expansion of Christ on earth.

We need to ask the Lord to open our eyes to see what Ezekiel saw, the great wheel of God’s economy, and when we see it, we will one with Him and pray in coordination and cooperation with Him for His will to be done on the earth (Matt. 6:9-10; Rev. 4:11; Col. 4:12). We may then pray,

Lord may Your kingdom come! May Your name be sanctified. May Your will be done on earth. Move on earth according to Your heart’s desire. Lord, save men! Lord, gain many of Your believers to be one with You in the principle of incarnation and pray for Your move on the earth! Operate in us both the willing and the working for Your good pleasure, and energize us to be one with You and cooperate with You in Your move on earth today!

Praying at the Incense Altar for the Formation of an Army to Fight for God’s Move

Praying at the Incense Altar for the Formation of an Army to Fight for God's Move [in the picture: God's people need to pray for the formation of an army to fight for God's move on earth to accomplish His purpose.]

God has a purpose and a move on earth, and for Him to accomplish His purpose He needs His people to pray one with Him.

In the Old Testament God moved with the tabernacle in the midst of His people, and the purpose of our journey into God to enjoy all that He has is that we may experience the prayer at the incense altar in the Holy of Holies.

The prayer at the incense altar is for God’s move! In Exodus 30:1-16 we see that right after God speaks of the incense altar, there is the numbering of the people for the formation of the army.

For God to move and accomplish what He desires, He needs us to pray for the formation of an army to fight for His interest on earth (Num. 10:35).

Satan opposes God, and most people on earth today are also opposing God and His interest. Who wants to hear about God’s economy, and who cares for God’s purpose? Because of this, God needs an army to fight one with Him for His interest on earth.

There’s no “making a deal” or “signing an agreement” with God’s enemy – God needs to destroy His enemy, and He will do it through and with the help of the army of His people fighting for His interests on earth!

Lord, make us those who pray at the incense altar. Lord, gain an army! May there be an army formed to fight for Your interest on earth! Lord, number many believers to form them in Your army that fights one with You on earth!

The Church is for God’s Move on Earth

The church today is God’s expression on the earth, the embodiment of Christ for all men to see.

Just as in the Old Testament God moved with the tabernacle among His people (Exo. 25:8-9), so today God moves with the church among His people on earth. Everything related to our experience of the items in the tabernacle is related to God’s move on the earth.

We experience Christ as the reality of all the offerings for our peace and acceptance with God so that God can move on earth today. We experience the washing of the water in the Word, the bread of life, the light of life, the hidden manna, the resurrection life, and the law of life – for God to have a way to move on earth!

Particularly, we need to experience the intercession at the incense altar so that an army would be formed on earth to stand for God’s interest.

In Ephesians we see that the church is what is in God’s heart, and the church is the fullness of God (just as the tabernacle was in the Old Testament). Also, in Ephesians we see that the church is a corporate warrior fighting against not flesh and blood but the rulers and authorities and powers in the heavenlies, which oppose God (Eph. 6:10-12).

Today we as the church are God’s expression, God’s fullness, and God’s embodiment in Christ, and we need to pray at the incense altar for many of God’s people to be formed as an army to fight for God’s interest on earth!

God Moves by Fighting

Why does God need to fight? Why can’t He just “freely move and do what He wants to do”? In the universe today God has an enemy, Satan, and this one instigates most of the people on earth to oppose God.

This is the same when the people of Israel wanted to go into the good land (which was their land, given to them by God yet usurped by many other nations) and they were opposed by the Egyptians, the Amalekites, and all the tribes of Canaanites in the land of Canaan.

Today we have the same situation – whenever and wherever God wants to move, the enemy is fiercely opposing. When God tries to move in another direction, other enemies are opposing and frustrating. This is why today if God wants to move He needs a people to fight for Him and destroy His enemy.

God moves by fighting. When we pray at the incense altar one with Christ, we pray for the formation of an army to defeat the enemy and gain the land, the people, for God! [In the picture: The intercessory prayer issues in the numbering of God's people to form an army to fight against God's enemies, who oppose His move, that is, against the rulers and authorities in the heavenlies, typified by the inhabitants of the good land. ]

God moves by fighting. When we pray at the incense altar one with Christ, we pray for the formation of an army to defeat the enemy and gain the land, the people, for God!

We need to advance in our experience and enjoyment of all the items in the tabernacle until we arrive at the incense altar and intercede for God’s move on the earth.

When God gains such prayers for His move at the incense altar, He can “number His people”, forming an army that will fight for Him. This army will destroy the devil and all his armies, which are not human beings but all kinds of angelic powers, evil spiritual authorities, demons, etc.

Hallelujah, God moves by fighting, and we can pray for His move at the incense altar that He may form an army to fight one with Him for His interests!

Pray for the Formation of God’s Army!

In the world today we see how most people live as if there is no God. Whether in so-called “Christian countries”, “Muslim countries”, or “Communist countries”, man is either ignorant of God or opposes God. Satan and his armies are working tirelessly to deceive man and turn man into God’s enemy.

But God wants to save man and give man life, and God loves man. God doesn’t want to judge man or condemn man; rather, He wants to be in an organic union with man and even make man the same as Christ in life and nature.

For this, for God to gain more human beings to be members of Christ for His expression on the earth, we need to rise up and pray. We need to pray not merely for our needs or the needs of the church, but pray for the formation of the army of God to fight for God’s interest on earth.

We need to grow in life and advance unto maturity so that we may be those who are formed as God’s army for God to move on earth. God moves by fighting, and He wants us to be part of God’s army that we may be part of God’s move on earth today!

May we really learn how to pray and pour out our God-touched-and-moved-heart to God for God’s intention and God’s will to be carry out!

We need to pray for God to have a breakthrough in all the countries in the world that many overcomers may rise up and intercede one with Christ at the incense altar for God’s move on earth!

Lord, we love You and we love Your heart’s desire. Save us from any passivity, Lord, and make us those who rise up to pray one with You at the incense altar. May we advance in our experience and growth in the divine life unto maturity, so that we may be fully joined to You in Your intercession for God’s move. Lord, form the army! Gain Your people to be in the army who fights for Your interests on earth! Gain the army to defeat all Your enemies and bring in Your kingdom on earth!
