we need to be renewed in our mind to truly express Christ (2011 winter school of truth)

This winter school of truth I enjoyed the Organic Salvation of God, especially the matter of renewing. Being renewed requires us not to be fashioned according to this age, but to be transformed by the renewing of our mind – see Rom. 12:2a. To be renewed in our mind is to get the old concepts of the world out of our mind and have our mind made new again by the teaching of the Word of God and the enlightening of the Holy Spirit. When we pray-read His words, day by day the Holy spirit will change us and guide us. Our view will be different and our whole being will be renewed.

Titus 3:5 tells us that we can never save ourselves by our work – only the Lord can save us through the washing of regeneration and the renewing of the Holy Spirit. The washing of regeneration washes away our old life, but this is no enough! We still need the renewing of the Holy Spirit to change our whole being! When our whole being is being transformed, God can come into us and grow in us. We’ll truly become the expression of Him and live only for His purpose.

Oh, Lord Jesus! Thank You for Your unfailing love! You are truly REAL! Renew our mind in this following year and grow in us! Change us Lord! Let us turn back to You and receive more of Your divine life!
