Drop our Concepts and have Christ Revealed in us to Enjoy the Blessing of the Gospel

In order that the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Gal. 3:14

The book of Galatians shows us the way to receive, experience, and enjoy the all-inclusive Christ as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit – the aggregate of the all-embracing blessing of the full gospel of God; the first way is by God’s revealing of Christ in us, for when Christ is revealed in us, we live the Christian life according to the Christ we have seen. Amen!

The Bible as a whole speaks of the same thing, both in the Old and the New Testament; there are many details, many stories, many failures, and many victories, but the Bible speaks of the same thing. God has an economy, according to which He wants to become the same as us so that He may make us the same as He is in life, nature, expression, and function.

God desires to obtain a corporate expression and representation on earth, and for this, He Himself became a man. His intention is threefold: He wants to obtain a corporate man to express Him and represent Him, and He also wants to become everything to man, even to be man’s life and everything, so that God and man, man and God, would be one corporate entity.

For this, God came as a threefold seed in humanity. He came as the seed of the woman prophesied in Gen. 3:15 to destroy the head of the serpent; in this way, He fulfils God’s intention of representing God and dealing with God’s enemy.

Furthermore, He as the seed of the woman, comes into us, the believers in Christ, to make us part of the corporate seed of the woman to crush the head of Satan and represent God with His authority. Hallelujah!

The second part of God’s intention is for Him to become everything to us so that we may express Him on the earth. Therefore, He came as the seed of Abraham to be the blessing to us; God gives us Christ to be our blessing, for in Christ all the families of the earth are blessed.

As the seed of Abraham, Christ is everything to us, for He as the Spirit, is the reality of the good land in our spirit for our enjoyment.

When we enjoy Christ as the unique blessing of the gospel, the fulfilment of the seed of Abraham and the land promised to Abraham, we become part of the corporate seed of Abraham to express Christ. Hallelujah!

Finally, Christ came as the seed of David to bring in the kingdom of God on the earth and for man to be brought into God.

As the seed of David, Christ was designated the Son of God and He brought in the kingdom of God.

As we enjoy and experience Christ as the seed of David, we are being designated sons of God in full, and we are one with Christ to bring in the kingdom of God on the earth. Hallelujah!

Enjoy the Blessing of the Gospel by having Christ Revealed in Us and Living According to the Christ we have Seen

But when it pleased God, who set me apart from my mother's womb and called me through His grace, To reveal His Son in me... Gal. 1:15-16a

On the one hand, the book of Galatians shows us that Christ as the Spirit is the blessing of the gospel coming to us, the believers in Christ. On the other hand, this book also shows us how we can receive, experience, and enjoy this wonderful Christ as the Spirit, the aggregate of the all-embracing blessing of the full gospel of God (Gal. 3:14).

We need to turn our heart to the Lord and exercise our spirit in coming to the book of Galatians so that we may see the way to share in, partake of, and participate in the threefold seed.

This book of six chapters is quite short, but it presents to us the fact that the Christ Paul ministered to people is the consummated God as the Spirit to be our blessing.

The unique blessing of the gospel and the consummated blessing of God’s gospel is the consummated Triune God as the consummated Spirit.

And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those who are perishing, In whom the god of this age has blinded the thoughts of the unbelievers that the illumination of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine [on them.] For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves for Jesus' sake. Because the God who said, Out of darkness light shall shine, is the One who shined in our hearts to illuminate the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 2 Cor. 4:3-6The first way for us to enjoy the blessing of the gospel is by having Christ revealed in us so that we may live according to the Christ we have seen and preach Him as the gospel (Gal. 1:15-16).

The way to receive, experience, and enjoy the all-inclusive Christ as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit is by God’s revealing of Christ in us; we live the Christian life according to the Christ whom we have seen (1:16a; Eph. 1:17; Gen. 13:14-18; Eph. 3:8, 19). Amen!

Our entire Christian life starts with the revelation of Christ, the Son of God, in us; we don’t just understand or like something about Christ and then we become a Christian, but we have Christ revealed in us.

All the genuine believers in Christ who are genuinely saved and regenerated can testify that, since the time they heard the gospel, within them there has been an unveiling.

We have seen something of Christ at the time of our regeneration, and day by day we turn our heart to Him and come to Him in His word with the exercise of our spirit to see more of Him.

We didn’t just hear something about Christ but even more: Christ was revealed in us. We saw something of Christ, and like Paul on the way to Damascus, we were converted to Christ.

Now our Christian life is a quest of knowing Christ, enjoying Christ, and seeing more concerning this wonderful One. Day by day we come to the Lord in His word and throughout the day we contact Him again and again, for we want to know Him, have Christ revealed in us, and enjoy Him more.

Nothing is more pleasing to God than the unveiling, the revelation of the living person of the Son of God in us (Gal. 1:15a, 16a; 2 Cor. 3:14-17; 4:3-6).

When we come to the word of God, we don’t want to just get more knowledge or know more doctrines; we don’t just want to know more about God and what He wants from us.

Rather, we come to the Lord in His word and turn our heart to Him so that we may see Him!

As 2 Cor. 3:16-17 says, whenever the heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away, and we see the Lord as the Spirit, thus enjoying freedom! We want to have Christ revealed in us.

The more inward, subjective revelation we receive of the Son of God, the more He will live in us (Gal. 2:20).

We cannot skip the step of having Christ revealed in us and live Christ; before Christ can live in us, He needs to be revealed in us. The more Christ is revealed in us, the more He lives in us.

The more Christ lives in us, the more He will become to us the reality of the all-inclusive land as the blessing of Abraham, the blessing of the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit (Gal. 3:14). Amen!

That Christ may make His home in your hearts through faith, that you, being rooted and grounded in love, May be full of strength to apprehend with all the saints what the breadth and length and height and depth are. Eph. 3:17-18The Christ we have seen is not a simple Christ but a profound Christ, even an all-inclusive and extensive Christ, a Christ whose dimensions are universally vast. He is so vast and all-inclusive that we can apprehend Him with all the saints, knowing the dimensions of Christ.

May we allow Christ to make His home in our hearts so that we may have the ability to know with all the saints the breadth, the length, the height, and the depth of the universal dimensions of the all-inclusive Christ (Eph. 3:17-18).

The unsearchable riches of Christ can become ours in our experience as we have Christ revealed in us day by day, little by little!

May we remain in the fresh seeing of Christ day by day. May we not consider that we have known Him enough and that we have seen enough of Him. May we remain under His continual shining to see more. May we daily be unveiled.

When we are unveiled to see Christ, when Christ is revealed in us, every aspect of our Christian life will come out of this unveiling. We live the Christian life according to the Christ we have seen. If Christ is revealed in us day by day, we will live Christ according to what we have seen of Him.

May there be an ongoing process of being unveiled to see Christ day by day so that we may live Christ according to what we see of Him!

Lord Jesus, unveil us to see You more today! We are not content with what we know of You; we want to have Christ revealed in us! Amen, may Christ be revealed in us today! Remove any veils from our eyes to see You in a fresh way. Hallelujah, God is pleased to unveil us and reveal the living person of the Son of God in us! Unveil us, Lord, and reveal Yourself to us. We come to You in Your word; may any veils from our eyes be removed so that we may see You face to face. May our daily Christian life come out of the fresh revelation of Christ in us. Amen, Lord, we want to live our Christian life according to the Christ whom we have seen. Grant us to have an inward, subjective revelation of the Son of God so that we may enjoy Christ as the blessing of the gospel. Oh, may Christ be revealed in us so that He may also live in us! Amen, may Christ become to us the reality of the all-inclusive land as the blessing of Abraham!

Drop our Concepts, Turn our Heart to the Lord, Pay Attention to our Spirit, and Spend Time in the Word to have Christ Revealed in us, Live in us, and be Formed in us

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full knowledge of Him. Eph. 1:17

Our Christian life depends on Christ being revealed in us. Every aspect of our Christian life and the degree to which we can experience Christ depend on the revelation of the Son of God in us. The more revelation we receive of Christ, the more He will live in us.

How can Christ be revealed in us (Gal. 1:15-16)? We are so full of concepts that many times we are veiled and we cannot see Christ.

We may read the Bible, and a veil lies on our eyes, just as the Jewish people read the Old Testament and a veil lies on their eyes. We need to drop our concepts and turn our heart to the Lord.

Our Christian life began when Christ was revealed in us; there was a time when we put aside our concepts and received a fresh revelation of Christ, the Son of God, and Christ came into us.

Indeed unto this day, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart; But whenever their heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. And the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Cor. 3:14-17Day by day we need to learn to drop our concepts, turn our heart to the Lord, pay attention to our spirit, and spend time with the Lord in His word to have Christ revealed in us.

2 Cor. 3:14-18 shows us that, whenever our heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away, and we behold the Lord with an unveiled face and are transformed into the same image from glory to glory! Praise the Lord!

On His side, God shines in our hearts to illuminate the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 4:6). On our side, we need to fight the blinding work of the god of this age by dropping our concepts, turning our heart to the Lord, and exercising our spirit as we come to the Lord in His word (2 Cor. 4:4).

The enemy is working behind the scenes in a deceiving and usurping way to veil us with many things so that we do not see the glory of God shining in the face of Jesus Christ in our spirit. He especially uses our concepts to veil us.

What are our concepts? Our concepts come from the way we were born, the way we were raised up, the things that we study, and the way we live our life.

We were born in a particular family and we were raised up in a particular environment, which shaped the way we think and we live.

Spontaneously, we have a natural life that has a certain view of things. We are raised in a particular culture, we have certain habits, we eat certain foods, and we speak in a certain way.

We went to school and a particular philosophy was put in us, and when we were saved, we touched something of religion, so we now have religious concepts also. All these things are concepts as layers of veil covering us from seeing Christ. Oh Lord Jesus!

When we come to read the Bible or fellowship with the saints, all these concepts need to be unloaded from us. It takes a lot of time and practice of turning our heart to the Lord and exercising our spirit to have our concepts dropped and removed.

It takes even decades to have our concepts washed away and removed so that we may have a fresh revelation of Christ in us.

We need to come to the Lord poor in spirit, being emptied of all the concepts, and we need to turn our heart to Him and pay attention to our spirit.

May the Lord have mercy on us and may we cooperate with Him in this matter.

We must drop our concepts; every concept, whether spiritual or carnal, is a veil.

Then He opened their mind to understand the Scriptures. Luke 24:45 Which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in spirit. Eph. 3:5 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches... Rev. 2:7This inward revelation is in our spirit through our enlightened mind (2 Cor. 3:14-15; 4:4; Eph. 1:17-18; Luke 24:45). We need to break through in this matter day by day.

We must turn our heart to the Lord; the more we turn our heart to the Lord, the less ground the god of this age will have in our life and our being.

When we turn our heart to the Lord, we will be under the shining of the heavenly light to receive the inward revelation of this living and wonderful Person (2 Cor. 3:16, 18).

We simply want to seek His face without any veil.

We must care for and pay attention to our spirit; it is in our spirit that the Spirit is shining, revealing Christ in us and speaking to us concerning Christ (Eph. 1:17; 3:5; cf. Rev. 1:10; 2:7).

On the one hand, we need to drop our concepts and turn our heart to the Lord; on the other hand, we need to turn to our spirit and pay attention to our spirit.

We must pray-read the Word of God (Eph. 6:17-18); not just read the word but pray it.

We need to be full of the revelation of the Son of God and thereby become a new creation with Christ living in us, being formed in us, and being enjoyed by us continually as the all-inclusive Spirit (Gal. 6:14-15).

Amen, the more Christ is revealed in us, living in us, and being formed in us, the more we become a new creation in resurrection! Hallelujah!

Lord Jesus, we drop our concepts and turn our heart to You. We exercise our spirit as we come to Your word to have Christ revealed in us. We open to You, Lord, and we want to spend time in the Word of God in a spirit and atmosphere of prayer. May Christ be revealed in us. May Christ live in us and be formed in us. Oh Lord Jesus, grant us to drop our concepts. May we see that every concept, whether spiritual or carnal, is a veil. We turn our heart to You, dear Lord Jesus! Keep us turning our heart to You throughout the day so that the god of this age would have no ground in our life and in our being! We want to be under the shining of the heavenly light to receive the inward revelation of Christ, the living person of the Son of God! Oh Lord, we exercise our spirit, we care for our spirit, and we pay attention to our spirit! May we receive the Spirit’s shining in our spirit! May Christ be revealed in us and speak to us! Oh Lord Jesus, may we be full of the revelation of the Son of God and thereby become a new creation with Christ living in us, being formed in us, and being enjoyed by us continually as the all-inclusive Spirit!

The Christ whom we have seen is a profound Christ, One whose size is the dimensions of the entire universe. The dimensions of the universe are unlimited…However, Paul says that if we allow Christ to make His home in our hearts, we will have the ability to know with all the saints the breadth, the length, the height, and the depth of this universe, that is, the dimensions of Christ (Eph. 3:17-18)…Oh, the riches of Christ are unsearchable! Today Christ is still shining in me, and I am continually seeing more of Him. We all need such an unveiling. This is God’s doing. Every aspect of the Christian life comes out of this unveiling. We live the Christian life according to the Christ whom we have seen…My Christian life comes out of the Christ whom I have seen day after day. Christ must be revealed not only into us but in us…Since the day we believed in the Lord Jesus, God’s unveiling of Christ has been going on in us. This unveiling never ceases.

Dear brother, we need to see the way to receive, experience, and enjoy the all-inclusive Christ as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit – the aggregate of the all-embracing blessing of the full gospel, as revealed in Galatians.

The first way is to have Christ revealed in us.

This means that we need to drop our concepts, turn our heart to the Lord, pay attention to our spirit, and come to the Lord in His word to have a fresh revelation of Christ.

Oh Lord Jesus, we want to have a fresh revelation of Christ, the Son of God! We drop our concepts. We turn our heart to You! We exercise our spirit. May we see something fresh of Christ every day!

Dear brother, Christ needs to be revealed in us more and more so that he may live and be formed in us for us to live the Christian life.

For this, we need to drop our concepts, turn our heart to him, care for and pay attention to our spirit and spend time in His word.

Then we will receive more revelation of Christ to be a new creation.

Lord, reveal more of Yourself in us that we would have the way to experience and enjoy You more as the All-inclusive Spirit, the processed and consummated Spirit of the Triune God. Amen! Drop our concepts, turn our heart to Him and eat that tree [of life]!

Amen, may we see something fresh of Christ everyday. He is profound, unsearchable, the length width and depth of the universe and makes His home in us.

The more revelation we receive the more He live in us, transforming us.

We only need to drop our concepts and pay attention to the Spirit

Today, we see that the true blessing of God’s gospel is the Triune God as the Spirit.

Christ is to us the all-inclusive land realised as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit.

We must drop our concepts, turn our heart to the Lord, pay attention to the spirit, and spend time in the Word.

Then, Christ will be unveiled in us and will make us a new creation in a practical way.

Amen! We seek a fresh revelation of the living Christ each day.

This verse indicates that the Spirit is the blessing that God promised to Abraham for all the nations and that has been received by the believers through faith in Christ. The Spirit is the compound Spirit, as mentioned in note 2 on Gal. 3:5 and actually is God Himself processed in His Trinity through incarnation, crucifixion, resurrection, ascension, and descension that we may receive Him as our life and our everything. This is the focus of the gospel of God.

The physical aspect of the blessing that God promised to Abraham was the good land (Gen. 12:7; 13:15; 17:8; 26:3-4), which was a type of the all-inclusive Christ (see Col. 1:12 and note2 on Col. 1:12). Since Christ is eventually realized as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit (1 Cor. 15:45; 2 Cor. 3:17), the blessing of the promised Spirit corresponds with the blessing of the land promised to Abraham. Actually, the Spirit as the realization of Christ in our experience is the good land as the source of God’s bountiful supply for us to enjoy.

Gal. 3:14 footnote 3 on, promise of the Spirit through faith, Recovery Version Bible.

In Galatians, the blessing of God’s gospel is the consummated Triune God in Christ, as the consummated Spirit (3:14).

Every aspect of the Christian life comes out of the unveiling of Christ, whom we have seen.

Accordingly, we live the Christian life based on Christ we have seen.

Because of this, Paul had a burden on our need today:

  • that we be brought into a state where we are 1st, full of the revelation of the Son of God,
  • thereby becoming a new creation with Christ living in us,
  • being formed in us,
  • and being enjoyed by us continually as the all-inclusive Spirit.

The way, therefore, to receive an inward, subjective, spiritual revelation is to:

  • always to drop our concepts,
  • Turn our heart to the Lord,
  • Tell the Lord that we hold on to nothing besides Him,
  • That our heart is wholly for Him.

For these reasons, Lord, cause us to pay attention to our spirit, spend time in the Word, so we will receive revelation, Amen!

Ameeen!!!

The book of Galatians reveals the way for us to receive, experience, and enjoy the all-inclusive Spirit as the aggregate of the all-embracing blessing.

We need to be brought into the full revelation of the Son of God and thereby become a new creation with Christ living in us, being formed in us, and being enjoyed by us continually as the all-inclusive Spirit.

Lord make crystal clear. Fully unveil us. For now we see in a mirror obscurely, but at that time face to face; now I know in part, but at that time I will fully know even as also I was fully known; until we all arrive at the oneness of the faith and of the full knowledge of the Son of God. Ameeeen!!!
