Living Stars Rise up Early to Meet the Lord and are Filled with the Spirit to be Messengers

And to him I will give the morning star. Rev. 2:28

Christ is the Bright and Morning Star, and as we spend time with Him in His word, He rises in our heart as the star, and we ourselves are produced to be stars shining in this dark age.

As the Lord’s faithful followers, we need to be produced as shining and living stars; this age is a dark age, and when the Lord returns He will be the sun shining over all, but until then, He is the morning star to those who seek after Him.

We need to follow Christ as the shining and living Star to be be His duplication.

As the Lord promised to Abraham, we believers in Christ as his spiritual descendants are like the stars in the heaven; now we need to go through the process of being produced to be the living stars as the duplication of Christ as the Star.

There are many ways that the Bible shows us how we can be enlightened by the Lord to become living stars, and we have seen seven of these ways.

First, light is in the Word of God, and the unfolding of the Lord’s words gives light, imparting understanding to the simple. We need to hear the Lord’s voice, love Him, and take heed to His word, spending time with the Lord in His word until He rises in our hearts as the morning star and produces us to be the shining ones.

Enlightening, however, depends on God and His mercy, for when He wants to shine on us, we have light, and when He won’t shine on us, we don’t have the divine light.

We need to not manufacture our own light or walk in the light of others – we need to come to the Lord as we are and ask Him to shine on us; when He has mercy on us, He shines, and we are brought in His light.

For us to be enlightened, we need to want the Lord’s shining and accept it; we need to set our heart to be single in seeking Him alone with all our desire.

We need to turn our heart to the Lord and place ourselves before Him without any reservation or holding back; we need to learn to open to Him in faith and let Him ave a full way to shine in our being.

For us to be enlightened by God, our natural being needs to be stopped; we have so many personal views, ways of looking at things, feelings, ideas, and opinions, and all these need to be stopped, for we come to receive the Lord’s view, His feeling, His idea, and His opinions.

And when the light shines, we should not dispute with the light but rather let the Lord shine on us, and we should walk in the light. As children of the light, we should walk in the divine light and have our whole being in the light.

Rising up Early to Meet the Lord and have Him rise up in us as the Star to make us Living Stars

O Jehovah,...in the morning I will set forth my words in order to You, and I will watch. Psa. 5:3 Satisfy us in the morning with Your lovingkindness that we may give a ringing shout and rejoice all our days. Psa. 90:14The word of the Scriptures is like a lamp shining in a dark place; when we give heed to this word, Christ as the morning star rises in our hearts day by day, and He will produce us to be shining stars.

If we give heed to the word in the Bible, which shines as a lamp in a dark place, we will have His rising in our hearts to shine in the darkness of apostasy where we are today, because His actual appearing as the morning star (2 Pet. 1:19; John 6:63).

The Lord Himself is the morning star (Rev. 22:16), and the reward of the overcomers is that they receive the morning star – they will have Christ as the morning star rising in their heart (Rev. 2:18).

In the principle of the morning star, a Christian should rise up early because the early morning is the best time to meet the Lord.

We need to rise up early to meet the Lord to fellowship with God, to praise and sing, to pray-read the Bible with the ministry, and to pray to the Lord (see S. S. 7:12; Psa. 5:1-3; 57:8-9; 59:16-17; 63:1-8; 90:14; 92:1-2; 108:2-3; 143:8; Exo. 16:21).

It is good to wake up a bit earlier in the morning and spend time with the Lord; if we don’t know how to do this, we need to tell Him,

Lord, I want to fellowship with You! Show me how to spend time with You. I want to be with You and rise up early to contact You so that You may rise up in my heart and make me a living star!

We may even open to the Lord and confess to Him, Lord, I am so short of singing to You in the morning…I want to sing to You more so that You may shine on me and shine through me.

We need to take the word of God and pray over the word, opening to the Lord and letting Him shine in us.

We are like the seeker in the Song of Songs, in the beginning she couldn’t keep her own vineyard (she couldn’t keep or cultivate Christ in her own being), but by the end she grew and became mature in the Lord, and she served the Lord among the saints, and there she gave her love to Him. Amen!

May we learn to speak audibly to the Lord in the morning, even if it is in a soft voice; we shouldn’t have “a quiet time with the Lord” but rather open our heart, our mind, our spirit, and our mouth to contact the Lord and be infused with Him.

The idols have eyes but can’t see, they have ears but can’t hear, they have a mouth but don’t speak; those who make them are just like them. But our God is a speaking God; if we contact Him, He will speak to us, we speak with Him, and we become His speaking people.

We should spend the best time of the day—the early morning—before the Lord, rather than in other things. Some Christians spend the whole day on other matters and kneel down to read the Bible and pray only at night when they are about to go to sleep. No wonder they are ineffective in their Bible reading, their prayer, and their fellowship with the Lord….The moment we believe in the Lord, we should set apart the early morning for fellowshipping with God and for contacting Him. Watchman Nee, Messages for Building Up New Believers (1), ch. 11Sometimes in the morning we are tired, sad, and burdened with many things, so we need to open to the Lord, for He will consider even our moaning.

He hears our voice; He doesn’t “read our thoughts” but He hears our voice, even when we call on Him even from the lowest pit.

One thing we can do in the morning is sing of His lovingkindness, lifting up our hands to His holy name. May the Lord cause us to hear of His lovingkindness in the morning, and our lips will praise Him.

The Lord secretly gives Himself as the morning star to those who love Him and who watch and wait for Him so that they may taste the freshness of His presence at His coming back after a long absence.

It is when we rise up early in the morning that we can have the Lord’s fresh appearing, His shining, and we can enjoy Him as our daily manna.

If we wake up late, if we think that we will read the Bible at night before going to bed, we will miss the Lord’s rising as the morning star, and we miss eating the Lord as the manna.

Before the things of the day need to be taken care of, before we need to do all the things we have to do during the day, we should spend time with the Lord, fellowship with Him in His word, and ask Him to rise up as the morning star in our hearts so that we may be produced as the living and shining stars today.

Lord Jesus, we want to rise up early in the morning so that we may meet You, fellowship with You, praise and sing to You, pray-read the Bible with the ministry, and pray. Amen, Lord, we want to fellowship with You in Your word, giving heed to the prophetic word in the Bible until the morning star rises in our hearts and we are produced as the living and shining stars in this dark age today. Draw us in the morning, and cause us to taste Your lovingkindness so that we may praise You, tell You our desires and thoughts, and have Your fresh appearing.

The Living Stars are Filled with the Sevenfold Intensified Spirit to Bless others with God’s message

…I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the bright morning star. Rev. 22:16 Today the star is in the church and among the churches. Jesus Christ, who is the morning star, is walking today among the local churches. To see the star, we must come to the local churches….When we are in religion, we have the sense of being in darkness, but when the Lord brings us into the churches, we see the bright star. The heavenly star today is in the local churches. Witness Lee, The Conclusion of the New Testament, p. 4190The living stars follow the heavenly, living, up-to-date, and instant vision of Christ as the centrality and universality of God’s economy (see Acts 26:16-18).

They are infused with the word of God, they are filled with the sevenfold intensified Spirit, and they bless God’s people.

The more we praise the Lord for God’s people and speak well of them in faith, the more we put ourselves under God’s blessing (see Num. 24:9; Gen. 12:2-3; 22:17).

The Lord loves His people; we should be careful how we speak of and how we treat God’s people, for He blesses those who bless the church, and those who speak evil of the church or God’s people will be under a curse. Oh Lord Jesus!

The living stars enjoy and are being filled with the sevenfold intensified Spirit to make them intensely living and intensely shining for God’s building (Rev. 3:1; 4:5; 5:6).

May we open to the Lord to come in as the sevenfold intensified Spirit, the seven Spirits of God which are in the hand of the Lord as the Morning star walking among the churches, so that we may be produced as living stars.

The sevenfold intensified Spirit makes us intensely living and intensely shining; He is the seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, and He burns away anything natural until He is the One burning in us and through us, shining in us and through us.

No star is brighter than the morning star; at the darkest time, the morning star arises, after midnight and prior to the dawn.

Christ will appear as the bright morning star in the darkest time, prior to the close of this age, and we who are being produced as His overcomers need to have His appearing.

At the beginning of the New Testament Christ as the star was outside of religion (Matt. 2:1-6), and at the end of the New testament the star is within the church.

Where is Christ as the star today? He is among the local churches and in the local churches, walking among the churches (see Rev. 1).

For us to see the star today we need to be in the local churches; if we are in religion, we may have the sense of being in darkness, but when the Lord brings us into the churches, we see the bright star.

May we aspire to be the messengers in the churches, those who enjoy and experience the pneumatic Christ as the Messenger of God and as the fresh message from God!

May we ask the Lord to make us His messengers in the churches, those who have Christ as the fresh message of God so that they can dispense the fresh and present Christ into the people of God for the testimony of Jesus (Rev. 1:16, 20; 2:1; Mal. 3:1-3).

He is the Messenger of God, the bright and morning star, and by coming to Him we are being produced as the shining and living stars in this dark age today.

When we hear and read such things, we need to come to the Lord in prayer and make these our prayer. We need to bring everything we hear and read to the Lord and open to Him about it, asking Him to do in us according to His word.

Lord Jesus, we want to enjoy and be filled with the sevenfold intensified Spirit so that we may be made intensely living and intensely shining for Your building. Shine on us, shine in us, and shine through us to make us the living and shining stars in this dark age today. Lord, make us the messengers in the churches, those who enjoy and experience the pneumatic Christ as the Messenger of God and as the fresh message from God! Amen, Lord Jesus, may we have the morning star rising in our hearts, and may we dispense the fresh and present Christ into the people of God for the testimony of Jesus!
