The Lord needs the Truths of His Recovery to Spread to the Whole Earth for His Return

The Lord needs the truths of His recovery to spread to the whole earth for the restoration of all things and the Lord’s return. We need to be those who cooperate with the Lord to spread the divine truths and see a vision of the world’s ultimate situation, God’s ultimate move, and the Lord’s ultimate recovery. Amen!

These days in our time with the Lord in the morning we are enjoying a special word of fellowship not merely concerning God’s general move on earth but concerning what He is doing today in a particular way.

As believers in Christ we need to know God, enjoy God, and be filled with God; at the same time, we need to have His view of the world situation, realizing that there’s a history of God in man – there’s a divine history within the human history!

And at certain times, God does something in the world situation to change things, and a door is opened wide for the gospel; we need to see this door, take the opportunity, and cooperate with the Lord’s ultimate move for His ultimate recovery in today’s ultimate world situation.

In the early 1990’s there was the Gulf War, then the Berlin wall fell, and then the Soviet Union fell apart; these were a great opening of the door of the gospel to the former Soviet Union countries, and brother Witness Lee saw this, and was led by the Lord in fellowship with the saints to spread the Lord’s testimony there.

Today the window of opportunity for preaching the gospel in Russia is not so wide open but it is rather closing, but the Lord opened another window: Germany!

Germany already had some experience of the Lord’s move in the early 1970’s, but after a turmoil, the Lord’s testimony was reduced almost to nothing. But with the opening of the borders for the refugees to come in, Germany is now again opened – for a period of time – for the gospel.

The door for the refugees to enter into the country is now closed, but the door to the gospel for these refugees and for the Germans is wide open! Germany as the fourth greatest economic power in the world is now open to the gospel, and where the enemy has done much to destroy, the Lord’s recovery with the high truths in the Bible must be spread and rooted there.

The Lord has a particular move today, which is toward Europe, and we need to be those who cooperate with Him to spread the divine truths and see the vision of the world’s ultimate situation, God’s ultimate move, and the Lord’s ultimate recovery.

Under God’s sovereignty, America was discovered a few hundred years ago, and there the Lord could raise up a country of free speech, where the Lord could release the ministry of the age and publish it for all God’s seekers to benefit and enjoy.

Today the truth in the Bible has been opened up, and there’s a proper interpretation of the Holy Word; what the Lord needs is the truths of His recovery to be spread to the whole earth.

The spreading of the truths of the Lord’s recovery is actually a preparation for the Lord’s coming back to bring the recovery and restoration not only to Israel but also to the entire creation.

The white horse of the gospel is running, and we need to cooperate with the Lord to preach not the low and shallow gospel of Christianity but the high gospel, the complete gospel, that the Bible presents.

The Lord has commanded us that we go and disciple all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit (Matt. 28:19).

We need to be a going-out people who not only preaches the complete gospel to bring repenting sinners into an organic union with the Triune God, but who also disciple the new believers to bring them to the full knowledge of the truth.

We need to dive into the riches in the word of God, be constituted with the truths in the Bible, and be filled with the complete gospel so that we may speak it to others, spreading the truths of the Lord’s recovery throughout the earth.

The gospel of the kingdom has to be preached throughout the inhabited earth for a testimony, and then the end will come (Matt. 24:14).

Today the majority of Christians are preaching the gospel of repentance and prosperity, promising people that if they repent they will go to heaven and have many good things happening to them physically in this age and spiritually in the next.

The gospel generally preached in Christianity today is much lower than the gospel Paul preached and called “my gospel” in the book of Romans, where we see God’s purpose, His redemption, His reconciliation, His organic salvation, the Body of Christ, and the local churches practicing the oneness.

Our Savior God desires all men to be saved (this is the first half – we need to preach the gospel for the salvation of all men) and come to the full knowledge of the truth (this is the second half – we need to be filled with the truth and speak the complete gospel to all men) – see 1 Tim. 2:4.

On the one hand there is the aspect of salvation to receive eternal life, and on the other, we need to have the full knowledge of the truth. If we don’t bring people in the full knowledge of the truth, our gospel is incomplete and not thorough.

In the Lord’s recovery we stand on the shoulders of all those who went before us and discovered many truths in the word of God, and we have the complete gospel, the present truth; we need to daily get into the truth in God’s word with the help of the books of the ministry, and we need to speak the truths of His recovery to the whole earth for the hastening of the Lord’s return!

Little by little, day by day, we need to spend time in the word of God and study the truth, exercising our spirit and our mind to be constituted with the truths in the word of God and the ministry, and we need to be one with the Lord in His move to spread the truths of His recovery to the whole earth!

Lord Jesus, thank You for bringing us into the church life under the ministry of the age where we have the interpreted word of God and the teaching of the apostles made clear. We give ourselves to You, Lord, to be in the word of God and be filled with the interpreted word and the ministry of the age. Lord, we want to cooperate with You to spread the truths of Your recovery to the whole earth so that many would be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth, even as You desire!

The Spreading of the Divine Truths is a Preparation for the Lord’s Restoration

The interpretation of the Bible has been built up by the entire Body of Christ through the past nineteen centuries. We inherit all the interpretation of the past centuries and stand on the shoulders of the foregoing teachers. We have to thank the Lord for this. Furthermore, we have to thank the Lord that He has shown us more in the last few decades, such as the practical church life; the all-inclusive, life-giving, compound Spirit, even the seven Spirits; God’s economy; God’s dispensing; and the ultimate consummation of the church, that is, the New Jerusalem, the mingling of the processed Triune God with the transformed tripartite man for God’s eternal manifestation and expression. Witness Lee, The World Situation and the Direction of the Lord’s Move, p. 19

But how can people hear the complete gospel if no one goes to speak it (Rom. 10:14-15)? How can people believe in the Lord and be brought to the full knowledge of the truth if no one goes to spread the truths of the Lord’s recovery?

We need to spend day and night to study the truths in the ministry that open up the word of God, and we will know what the Lord’s recovery is, and we will have a real burden to be one with the Lord in His move today to spread the truths of His recovery all throughout Europe.

The spreading of the divine truths of the Lord’s recovery will be a preparation for the Lord’s coming back to bring the recovery and restoration not only to Israel but also to the entire creation (Matt. 24:14; Mark 16:15).

We need to spread the truths of the Lord’s recovery not only to save and redeem people but to help them grow in life and become overcomers who build up the Body of Christ in the local churches all over the earth for the Lord to have His golden lampstands as His expression and manifestation.

There is a great need for the spreading of the translated, interpreted, and understood divine truths for the Lord’s recovery and restoration; God moves by speaking, He restores by speaking, and when He speaks, restoration comes in.

We need to be those who spread the interpreted and understood word of God, bringing people into the deeper understanding of the word of God so that they would come to the full knowledge of the truth and they would be restored and recovered.

We have to admit that, even though the Lord’s recovery is full of the divine truths, we are inadequate in the application of the truths and slow in the spreading of the truths.

We need to confess and repent before the Lord, for even though we have so many truths in the Lord’s recovery (and it is all in the books!) we are still inadequate in the application and experience of these truths, and we are slow in the spreading of the truths.

We need to build up a model of a group of people applying the truth and experiencing the truth, and we need to go and spread the truth, using the ministry books and the publications to spread the divine truth.

We need to be saved from being set, settled, and occupied with so many things (many of which are legitimate and necessary), and we need to be willing to be sent by the Lord to a place in Europe – in fellowship with the Body – for the spreading of the divine truths so that restoration may come in and the Lord would return!

Our dream and heart’s desire should be as in Isa. 11:9, that the knowledge of God would cover the earth as waters cover the sea! The Lord’s charge to us to go and teach the nations so that the present age may be consummated (Matt. 28:19-20; 24:14).

Lord Jesus, we confess that, even though we have so many divine truths in the Lord’s recovery, we are still inadequate in the application and experience of the truths, and we are still so slow in the spreading of the truths. Oh Lord, we don’t want to delay You in Your move to spread the gospel all over the earth. Show us the need of the spreading of the translated, interpreted, and understood divine truths for the Lord’s recovery and restoration! Grant us to see and fulfill our commission to go and teach the nations so that the present age may be consummated and the Lord would return!
