we are being transformed and built into a miraculous structure of treasure, the New Jerusalem! [source: Pearls from House of Bun]“The New Jerusalem is built by the Triune God, as the divine Architect and Builder, with Himself and His deified people as the material to be a miraculous structure of treasure; He is God in us to make us God in Him (Heb. 11:10; 1 Cor. 3:12; 1 Pet. 2:4-5; Rev. 21:3)” – quote from the outline in the Morning Revival on the Central Line of the Bible.

Wow, the Triune God is the Architect, the planner, and the One who builds the New Jerusalem which is composed of people who are deified by Himself! And this building is a miraculous structure of treasure – since man is made God in life, nature, expression, and function, but not in the Godhead! All I can say is – WOW!

In the beginning of the Bible we see three types of precious materials scattered – we see gold, bdellium, and onyx stone (Gen. 2:10-12). The issue of the river flowing out of the garden of Eden was the precious materials – the issue of us enjoying the Triune God, the flow of the divine life in us, is that we are transformed to be the precious materials for God’s building in the universe!

These three precious materials seen in Genesis are also seen in the New Jerusalem in Revelation – we see that the whole city is of gold, the gates of the city are pearls (bdellium is a type of pearl), and the foundations of the city are adorned with every precious stone (Rev. 21:18-19; onyx is a precious stone) – these precious materials are built together into a city.

What is the significance of these precious materials?

Gold typifies God the Father in His divine nature – when we were saved, we were born of God the Father and His divine nature was imparted into us; now we are partakers of the divine nature (2 Pet. 1:4). Today we need to pay the price to buy gold – we need to pay the price to gain more God in His divine nature (Rev. 3:18; Zech. 4:12-14; Matt. 25:8-9).

The Pearls signify God the Son, Christ, coming as the living One into the death waters and being wounded by us (the grain of sand); He secretes His life over us to make us precious pearls for the building of God’s eternal expression. When we believed into Christ, we were put into His death – now we need to abide in the death of Christ and enjoy His life-secreting resurrection to make us pearls for the building of God’s eternal expression (Phil. 3:10; John 19:34).

The Precious Stones are produced through a tremendous amount of pressure and heat during a long period of time – we all are in a lot of situations and conditions of pressure and heat, with the supply of the divine life flowing into us, to be transformed into precious stones.

We need to experience the riches of Christ through sufferings, consuming pressures, and the killing work of the cross to be transformed into precious stones for God’s building (2 Cor. 3:18; Rom. 8:28-29).

All the precious stones are actually the Triune God working within us and on us to transform us into gold, pearls, and precious stones for the building of God – for the New Jerusalem! God is working Himself into us to produce us, reconstitute us, and transform us into the precious materials for God’s building, the New Jerusalem!

[sharing inspired from the Crucial Revelation of Life in the Scriptures (by bro. W. Lee) as quoted in the HWMR on the Central Line of the Bible]

Lord, transform us in Thy image – in emotion, mind, and will! Saturate us with Your Spirit – all our being wholly fill! Transform us further, Lord, until we become the precious stones to constitute the New Jerusalem! Work Yourself into us. May we gain more of the divine nature today – more gold constituted into our being! More God today! More Christ! More of the Spirit! Make us the New Jerusalem – the miraculous structure of treasure!
