Experience Jesus as Emmanuel, God with us as the Spirit of Reality with our Spirit

The Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you. 2 Tim. 4:22

When we call on the name of Jesus, we sense Emmanuel, God with us, for He is so real and near to us; the all-inclusive Christ is the Spirit of reality as the presence of God with our spirit, and wherever we are, He is with us, making our spirit the land of Emmanuel.

Hallelujah, Christ is with us today and every day until the consummation of the age! Amen, Lord, we come to You as we are and we call on Your name. We want to enjoy all that You are. We want to experience the Triune God in Christ as the Spirit with our spirit, so we call on the name of the Lord! Hallelujah, the practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality as God’s presence in our spirit! Amen!

We believers in Christ are those who are called by God out of anything else unto Himself, and now we ourselves are the callers: we call on the name of the Lord.

We love the Lord Jesus. We treasure Him. And we love to call on His name. When we are down, we call on the name of the Lord, and He hears our breathing, our cry.

When we are hungry and thirsty, we call on the name of the Lord, and He is our spiritual food and drink. When we feel we are poor, we call on the name of the Lord, and we partake of His riches.

We learn to do all things in the name of Jesus so that Jesus would live in us and be expressed through us. We pray in the name of Jesus, and we are gathered into the name of Jesus.

When we come together, we don’t just gather as believers in Christ to hear more of God’s word; we gather into the name of Jesus, and He is present with us.

Even though the people around us are instigated by Satan to hate the name of Jesus and even curse it, we love the name of Jesus and we rejoice to be counted worthy to be dishonoured on behalf of the name of Jesus.

We are those who have little power, but we do not deny His name and we keep His word.

May we be those who call on the Lord in every place, and may we come together with those who call on the name of the Lord out of a pure heart to taste His grace!

As we do this and that in our daily Christian life, may we simply call on the name of the Lord. His name is a strong tower where we run to hide, and His name is so sweet, so rich, so near, and so available to us.

When we call on the name of the Lord, we get the person of that name.

We may not know what our need is and we may not realise that we are sick, but by calling on the name of the Lord, He meets our needs and He heals us. How we love the name of Jesus!

When we Receive and Experience Jesus, We sense He is Emmanuel, God with us

"Behold, the virgin shall be with child and shall bear a son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel" (which is translated, God with us). Matt. 1:23

On God’s side, He called His Son born of a woman, Jesus; this is the name given by God, for Jesus Christ is God the Saviour and our salvation to save us from our sins. Praise the Lord!

However, the name given by man was Emmanuel, which is translated, God with us (Matt. 1:23). This is very interesting.

On the one hand, God called the name of His son Jesus, and everyone around Him also called Him Jesus; however, as they saw Jesus, touched Jesus, and heard Jesus, they realised that this One is God with them, that is, He is Emmanuel.

When we believers in Christ experience Jesus, when we call on the name of Jesus and experience Him and enjoy Him, we sense that God is with us; Jesus is nothing less than God with us.

When we have some experience of Jesus, we sense that He is Emmanuel, God with us.

The entire Gospel of Matthew is a book on Emmanuel – God incarnated to be with us (vv. 21-23).

He is with us wherever we are. He is with us from His incarnation to His resurrection, and even after His resurrection and ascension, He still is with us.

When we speak of Emmanuel, God with us, we need to realise that Emmanuel is all-inclusive (Phil. 1:19).

Amen, when we call on the name of Jesus and enjoy Him, we realise that Emmanuel is all-inclusive!

He is first our Saviour (Luke 2:11), then our Redeemer (John 1:29; Rom. 3:24), then our Life-giver (1 Cor. 15:45b), and then the all-inclusive, indwelling Spirit (John 14:16-20; Rom. 8:9-11).

He is everything to us – He saves us, He redeems us, He is our life, He gives us the Spirit, and He Himself is the Spirit as our bountiful supply.

Actually, the content of the entire New Testament is Emmanuel (Matt. 1:23; 18:20; 28:20; Rev. 21:3), and all the believers in Christ, as the members of Christ, are a part of this great Emmanuel, the corporate Christ (1 Cor. 12:12; Col. 3:10-11).

From the first book in the New Testament to the last book, God is with us.

In Revelation 21:3, almost the last chapter in the Bible, we see that the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will tabernacle with them; He is their God and they are His people.

For where there are two or three gathered into My name, there am I in their midst. Matt. 18:20 Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you all the days until the consummation of the age. Matt. 28:20The New Jerusalem is Emmanuel: God with us! And we are becoming part of this New Jerusalem, for we enjoy God with us daily and we become the very presence of God wherever we are! Praise the Lord!

Jesus is nothing less than God Himself; He’s not only the Son of God but even more, He is God Himself.

Apart from Jesus we can never find God, for God is with Jesus, God is in Jesus, and God is Jesus. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and even more, the Word was God (John 1:1).

When we experience Jesus, we realise that He is Emmanuel, God with us.

When we call on the name of Jesus, we enjoy Him as our present comfort, rest, peace, and life.

As we enjoy and experience Jesus, we realise that He is God with us; we realise that He is not just God in the heavens giving us things but the subjective God, God in us as the Spirit being everything to us as our Emmanuel.

We all have this experience; this is why we are still here, in the church life in the Lord’s recovery.

We are here because we learn to call on the name of Jesus, we enjoy Jesus, and He is everything to us. He is our way, our reality, and our life in a real and practical way, for He is Emmanuel, God with us.

Lord Jesus, we love You and we call on Your name, Oh Lord Jesus! Hallelujah, when we call on the name of Jesus, we have His very presence within, and we realise that He is Emmanuel, God with us. Amen, Lord, we love You and we enjoy You as God with us, our Emmanuel. Thank You for coming to us through incarnation to just be with us and be everything that we need. May we experience You today. May we turn to You today. May we take You as our life, our light, our way, and our reality. Oh Lord, we exercise our spirit to call on Your name! Oh Lord Jesus! You are everything to us! You are Emmanuel, God with us. How good it is to be here, in our mingled spirit, enjoying Emmanuel, God with us. May we experience and enjoy You today as our comfort, our rest, our peace, and our life. May we call on the name of Jesus and enjoy the presence of God with us! Hallelujah, God is with us until the consummation of the age, and He is making us His Emmanuel, God with man!

The Practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of Reality in our Spirit: His Presence is Always with us in our Spirit

For everything that has been begotten of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory which has overcome the world - our faith. 1 John 5:4 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen. Gal. 6:18

Emmanuel is not just something we experience from time to time, when we “feel the Lord’s presence”; Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality with our spirit.

The Lord Jesus came as God incarnated, and He is now with us as the Spirit of reality as the presence of the consummated Triune God in our spirit.

The practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality in our spirit, and His presence is aways with us – not only day by day, but also moment by moment (John 1:14; 14:16-20; 1 Cor. 15:45b; 2 Tim. 4:22).

The Spirit is His very presence, and we can never separate the Spirit from His presence; the Spirit is His presence in our spirit.

It will sweep through Judah; it will overflow and rise / Until it reaches the neck; / And the spreading out of its wings / Will fill the breadth of Your land, O Immanuel...Take counsel, yet it will be frustrated; / Speak the word, yet it will not stand; / For God is with us. Isa. 8:8, 10When we call on the name of Jesus, He comes as the Spirit of reality, the reality of the Lord Jesus.

Today we can enjoy the reality and realisation of Jesus by exercising our spirit to call on the name of Jesus; this is Emmanuel.

The Lord was with His disciples as Emmanuel, and He said He will give them another Comforter, that He may be with them forever.

This another Comforter is the Spirit. The Lord left them physically, but He came to them as Emmanuel, the Spirit of reality.

The practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality, who today is with our spirit, even mingled with our spirit, making us one spirit with Him (1 Cor. 6:17).

Thank the Lord that He has not left us orphans; we are not here trying to please the God of the Bible, but we’re one with the Lord as one spirit, and He is Emmanuel, God with us.

In Matthew 18:20 we are told that He is with us in our gatherings; when we gather together in His name, when we call on the name of the Lord as we gather together, the Lord is with us – He is Emmanuel.

The presence of Jesus in our meetings is Emmanuel, God with us.

He is with us all the days until the consummation of the age (Matt. 28:20). Until this age is consummated, Christ is Emmanuel, God with us.

He is not just with us and around us protecting us and caring for us; He is with us in our spirit (2 Tim. 4:22).

The Lord is with our spirit; grace is with us. He is with us to be our everything in our spirit; the practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality with our spirit.

Today our spirit, according to Isaiah 8:7-8, is the land of Immanuel.

Because Christ is with us as Emmanuel in our spirit, our spirit is the land of Immanuel. When we call on the name of Jesus, we have His very presence, and He is Emmanuel, God with us.

When we live in the mingled spirit, when we say, Jesus is Lord, we are in the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:3).

May we be saved from any concepts and traditions and may we be brought into a fresh enjoyment and experience of the practical Emmanuel, the Spirit of reality with our spirit.

If we just call on His name, He is with us, and we receive the Spirit.

Satan is attacking the land of Immanuel, trying to take it over, but because God is with us, the enemy can never take over the land of Immanuel (Isa. 8:10; 1 John 5:4; John 3:6).

We all can sense that Satan is attacking us, in particular, he is attacking and trying to damage our relationship with the Lord.

The enemy knows that, when we’re in our spirit, we enjoy the practical Emmanuel, and we live in the land of Immanuel. So he attacks us.

He attacked the people of Israel to damage and take over their land, the land of Immanuel. He is attacking us, and he is doing his best to take over us; however, by the Lord’s mercy and grace, we are still here.

Think about your week so far: the enemy has been attacking you so many times, maybe even more than twenty times, but you are still here because of Emmanuel, because God is with us.

Sometimes the enemy comes to us like a mighty river to drown us and take over us, but thank the Lord, He is spreading His wings over us and covers us, protects us, and keeps us in the land of Immanuel.

And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter, that He may be with you forever, Even the Spirit of reality, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him; but you know Him, because He abides with you and shall be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you. John 14:16-18When we call on the Lord, when we enjoy Christ and see that the practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality with our spirit, we realise that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.

Even more, that which is born of God in us overcomes the world; this is our victory – our faith, which is in our spirit, which overcomes the world.

When we call on the name of Jesus, we enjoy the practical Emmanuel as the Spirit of reality with our spirit, and in our spirit, we overcome the world.

And when we come together, we enjoy the presence of the Triune God as we have the teaching of the holy Word (Matt. 18:20; 28:20; Psa. 119:30; Acts 6:4).

When the word is opened to us in the meetings of the church, we sense that God is with us. We enjoy grace and peace through the Spirit as the presence of the Triune God (Gal. 6:18; Acts 9:31).

The Spirit’s leading and witnessing are His presence (Rom. 8:14, 16). May we daily enjoy the dispensing of the Triune God through His presence as the Spirit (2 Cor. 13:14).

Lord Jesus, thank You for coming into us as the Spirit of reality with our spirit to be the practical Emmanuel, God with us! Amen, Lord, we open to You and we call on Your name. You are the Spirit with our Spirit, the real and practical Emmanuel. Thank You, dear Lord, Your presence is always with us in our spirit. You are with us not only day by day but even more, moment by moment. Thank You for being with us in our gatherings, for whenever we meet in Your name, You are gathered with us. Thank You for being with us all the day, for You are in our spirit. Praise the Lord, our spirit today is the land of Immanuel, for we have Emmanuel in our spirit! Amen, Lord, keep us in our spirit today! Keep us calling on Your name to enjoy all Your riches. Hallelujah, the One who is in us is stronger than the one in the world, and the enemy can never take over the land of Immanuel! Amen, Lord, keep us turning to our spirit to enjoy the practical Emmanuel, the Spirit of reality with our spirit! Keep us in our spirit today!

According to Isaiah 8:7-8, the enemy may try to take over the land of Emmanuel. Do not think this word is only for the children of Israel. Today our spirit is the land of Emmanuel. Thus, we ourselves are the land of Emmanuel. The enemy, Satan, with all his army will do everything he can to take over this land of Emmanuel, that is, to take over our spirit and our being.

Isaiah 8:10 tells us that because God is with us, the enemy can never take over the land of Emmanuel. Although Satan has tried his best to take you over, you are still here. Perhaps during the past week Satan tried twenty-one times to take you over, but he failed every time. You are still here because of Emmanuel, because of God with us. This Emmanuel is Jesus. Today we may enjoy Jesus and experience Him in such a real way as our Emmanuel.

When we call on the name of Jesus, we have His presence with us; we sense that God is with us, and this is Emmanuel!

The more we contact the Lord in spirit, the more we sense that He is with us, and He is all-inclusive to us in our Christian experience.

Our spirit is the land of Immanuel, and even though the enemy tries to attack us and take us over, he cannot, for God is with us.

Oh Lord Jesus, keep us contacting You in spirit today! May we remain in our spirit, in the land of Immanuel! Be with us and make us one with You in all things! Hallelujah for Emmanuel, God with us, until the consummation of the age!

To have the presence of Jesus, not only for all days but even today is to Him as our Emmanuel God with us.

His presence, which is God Himself, is with our spirit for He is the Spirit of Reality.

When we call on the name of Jesus we receive Him as the Spirit to be the very person of the processed and consummated Triune God to be our wisdom, patience, insight and foresight to lead us and guide us!

O Lord Jesus Your are our Emmanuel! When we have Your presence God is with us! Lord we need Your presence today!

Yes, when we experience & enjoy Jesus He is Emmanuel.

Jesus is not only among us; He is with us. The Spirit is the person, the reality and the realisation of Jesus.

Therefore, we ourselves are the land of Emmanuel because our spirit is the land of Emmanuel.

When we contact people, we can bring Emmanuel with us by simply calling the name of Jesus our Emmanuel.

Amen, brother! May we be people who have had and continue to experience and enjoy our God-given Jesus such that He becomes to us Emmanuel – God with us in all situations we go through!

His presence is always with us in our spirit, not only day by day but also moment by moment as the reality of the Triune God in our spirit. So we need to call Lord Jesus to experience God with us practically in our spirit!

He is with us in our spirit. Hallelujah, today our spirit is the land of Emmanuel, and because God is with us, the enemy can never take over the land of Emmanuel! Hallelujah, Jesus is our Emmanuel.

Lord, may we enjoy Jesus and experience Him in such a real way as our Emmanuel!

Jesus was the name given by God, whereas Emmanuel was the name called by man, meaning God with us!

When we have some experience of Jesus, we can say that He is God is with us. Jesus is nothing less than God Himself. When we experience Jesus, we experience Emmanuel. God told us that His name us Jesus but when we receive Him and experience Him, we say Jesus is God with us.

Praise the Lord that Matthew is a book on Emmanuel—God incarnated to be with us. He is first our Savior then our Redeemer, then our Life-giver, and then the all-inclusive, indwelling Spirit.

The practical Emmanuel is the Spirit of reality as the presence of the consummated Triune God in our spirit as the land of Emmanuel. His presence is always with us in our spirit, not only day by day but also moment by moment.

He is with us in our gatherings. He is with us all the days. He is with us in our spirit.

Because God is with us, the enemy can never take over the land of Immanuel. Although the enemy tries His best to take us over but he fails every time because of Emmanuel.
