Having a Clear View of God’s Economy, being Directed by it and Knowing where we Are

July 31, 2020 by aGodMan Leave a Comment

Where there is no vision, the people cast off restraint... Prov. 29:18a

We praise the Lord for His economy, and we pray to be those who have a clear vision of God’s economy to be governed and controlled by this vision; in the Lord’s recovery today we must be strong and unshakeable in the vision of God’s economy. In His economy God wants to simply work Himself […]

Seeing the Signs of the Times and Devoting ourselves to Prayer for God’s Interests

July 18, 2020 by aGodMan Leave a Comment

He who testifies these things says, Yes, I come quickly. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! Rev. 22:20

As we live the Christian life in the present environment today, we need to devote ourselves to and persevere in prayer while discerning “the signs of the times”, realizing that God uses war, famine, death, and even Satan to accomplish His economy and we can cooperate through prayer. We need to see the signs of […]

Christ should have the Preeminence in our Personal Universe: give Him the First Place!

January 28, 2020 by aGodMan 1 Comment

Who is the image of the invisible God, the Firstborn of all creation. Col. 1:15

According to God, Christ occupies the first place in both the old creation and the new creation; Christ should have the preeminence in our personal universe, and we should give Him the first place in all things. What a wonderful, all-inclusive, extensive Christ we have! He is preeminent in everything; even in the Godhead, the […]

God’s Intention in His Administration is to Give Christ the Preeminence in All Things

January 27, 2020 by aGodMan Leave a Comment

God’s intention in His administration is to give Christ the preeminence in all things, to cause Christ to have the first place in everything (Col. 1:15, 18).

God’s intention in His administration is to give Christ the preeminence in all things, that is, to cause Christ to have the first place in everything (see Col. 1:15, 18). In Colossians Paul writes concerning this principle of Christ being preeminent; he says that Christ is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of […]

Experiencing Jehovah as the Triune God – the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob

September 7, 2017 by aGodMan 17 Comments

Jesus is not merely a man — He is I Am. The name Jesus means “Jehovah the Savior” or “the salvation of Jehovah” (Matt. 1:21). The name Jesus includes the name Jehovah, which means “I am who I am” (Exo. 3:14). Jesus is Jehovah becoming our Savior and our salvation (Rom. 10:12-13; 5:10; cf. Phil. 1:19). The fact that Jesus is the great I Am implies that He is the eternal One (John 8:58). Jesus is Jehovah, the I Am; His name is I Am (vv. 24, 28). The One who was arrested in the garden was not merely a Nazarene; this One was the great I Am, the infinite, eternal God; the One who was arrested was Jehovah God (18:4-8). Crystallization-Study of Ezekiel (2), outline 3

The Bible reveals that Jehovah – the self-existing and ever-existing One – is the Triune God; He is the unique God, yet He is Triune – He’s the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, which correspond to God the Father, Son, and Spirit. Many believers and unbelievers alike are confused concerning the Divine Trinity and […]

The Pathway of Life: Experiencing the Cross so that God’s Life is Lived out in us

July 29, 2017 by aGodMan 9 Comments

John 12:24 Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless the grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it abides alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.

As believers in Christ, we need to see the pathway of life – which is narrow and constricted, allow the discipline of the Holy Spirit to work in us, and see a vision of how the life of God can be lived out of us. Even though God’s life came into us at the time […]
