As regenerated persons, we are no longer the husband but the wife, for we have been joined to Christ, the ever-living One; as a wife, we bear fruit to God, that is, God is brought forth in us as a fruit as we live to God and everything we do is now related to God. Amen!
Thank the Lord that, through HIs death and in His death, our old man has been crucified with Christ! Hallelujah, our old man has been crucified to the law through the body of Christ so that we might marry another husband, Christ, who has been raised from the dead.
Christ died on the cross, and in His death, He terminated everything negative, including our old man. Through faith and baptism into Christ, we are joined to Him, and His history becomes our history.
He died on the cross to terminate anything negative, and we are joined to Him in His death. He resurrected and now lives in newness of life, and we are joined to Him.
Before we were saved, our old man assumed the position of a wife, making himself the head and person of our being.
But through faith in Christ and baptism into Him, we were cut off from the old man, for he was put to death, and we were joined to Christ. Hallelujah!
We now are no longer the husband – we are the wife, even the wife of Christ, and we have an organic union with Christ in His resurrection! Praise the Lord, we believers in Christ are now married to Christ, our new Husband!
This means that, in all the things of our daily living, we depend on Christ and we take Him as our Head. We are not the Head – He is the Head, and we take Him as our head.
We are no longer the source and the goal – He is the source, He is our life, and He is our person.
Our Christian life is a joined life, a life in which we’re joined to the Lord as one spirit, and we are learning to live one spirit with the Lord. Praise the Lord!
A normal Christian no longer lives by himself but by Christ, for he lets Christ live in him! Like Paul, we all need to be able to declare that we have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer we who live but Christ who lives in us (Gal. 2:20).
And the life we now live in the flesh we live in the organic union with the Lord, a life in the mingled spirit, so that He may live in us and we may express Him.
May we no longer live in and by ourselves but in Christ and by Christ, through the exercise of our spirit to be one spirit with Him.
The result of such a wonderful organic union between us (the wife) and Christ (the Husband) is that we bear fruit to God. Amen!
As a Wife, we Believers Bear Fruit To God: Everything we Do is now Related to God!
The second part of verse 4 in Romans 7 says that we bear fruit to God. Our status before God is that of a wife; He is the Husband and we are the wife.
God originally created us to be the wife; He is our Creator, our Maker, our Redeemer, and our Husband. He created us in His image and according to His likeness and put man in front of the tree of life so that man would partake of God as life.
If we just stay in the position of the wife, enjoying God as our Husband, we will simply bear fruit to God.
In a proper marriage, the wife is so blessed because, even though there are many problems, she doesn’t need to care for them: she has a husband, she can trust in her husband and defer to her husband!
We believers in Christ have many problems, but we’re not the Head – we are not the Husband; rather, Christ is the Husband, and we come to Him with all our problems.
We simply rely on the Lord, taking Him as our person and our life, and we come to Him concerning all things. We are the most blessed people, for we have a Husband, a Head, and we can come to Him with all our problems!
On the one hand, we were crucified with Christ in His death, and our old man has been buried with Him. On the other hand, we are now one with Him in resurrection, and in resurrection we live to God and bear fruit to God! Amen!
When we used to be in the old man, everything we brought forth was death. Romans. 7:5 says that, when we were in the flesh, the passions for sins, which acted through the law, operated in our members to bear fruit to death.
We are to bear fruit; when we’re in the old man, we bear fruit to death, but when we live in the organic union with the Lord as His wife, we bear fruit to God.
When we were in the old man, everything we did was in sin and issued in death; it was a fruit of death and to death. Oh Lord! But now, as regenerated persons, we are the wife of Christ, and we bear fruit to God!
We live not just for God but to God, and everything we do is now related to God.
When we go to school or to work, we do this to God, being one with God, and everything is related to God. When we believers in Christ are in resurrection, we bear fruit to God.
Our old man died and we are joined to Christ in resurrection, and we live to God.
We do not just live for the Lord, for this means that we are still apart from the Lord and we try to do things to please Him. We live to the Lord, and everything we do is to Him, for we are joined to Him (John 15:5; 1 Cor. 6:17).
This is like the marriage relationship; the husband lives to the wife and the wife lives to the husband.
When a wife lives and does things for her husband, she tries to please him but doesn’t do it to him, and the result is not something positive.
But when the wife lives to her husband and does things to her husband, this is very sweet, for it expresses the organic union and loving relationship between the two. Amen!
Oh, what a privilege it is for us to be joined to Christ as His wife! How much we love Him! We love Him and we live to Him, and we bear fruit to God!
Everything we now do is related to God. In Greek, to bear fruit to God is being led to God, being toward God, doing things to God.
This means that we are to God, we live to God, we do everything to Him, and everything in our daily living is related to Him and is to Him. Praise the Lord!
Lord Jesus, we love You! You are our dear Husband. We give ourselves to You. We want to live to You today. We want to do all things not just for God but to God, for we’re joined to God in an organic union. Keep us one spirit with You today, dear Lord. Keep us in our spirit. Hallelujah, we have been made dead to the law through the body of Christ so that we may be joined to Christ, the resurrected One! Praise the Lord, we’re joined to Christ as one, we have an organic union with Him, and now we bear fruit to God. Oh Lord, we love You so much! You are our dear Husband, and everything in our daily living is to You. Everything we do is now related to God, for God is our Husband! Amen, Lord! What a privilege it is for us to give ourselves to You to enjoy You! We love You and we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for You work to conform us to the image of Christ! Oh, what a wonderful marriage! What a blessed marriage! We enjoy You as our boundless life and we live to You to bear fruit to God!
To Bear Fruit to God means that God is Brought Forth as Fruit, we Live God, and we Overflow God
In Romans 7:4-5, we see a vivid contrast between death and God.
When we are in the old man, when we live in the flesh, we bear fruit to death. But when we live in the organic union with the Lord and are joined to Him as one spirit, we bear fruit to God.
When we live in the flesh, we live in the realm of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and the result is death, even as God warned Adam and Eve. But when we live in the mingled spirit, one spirit with the Lord, the fruit is life, for we bear fruit to God, and we live one with the Lord for His expression!
Praise the Lord, after being married to Christ, we live to God, we bear fruit to God, and we choose the tree of life!
In Romans 7:4, Paul puts together a funeral and a wedding.
On the one hand, we were buried with Christ; this is a funeral, for the old man was buried with Him. On the other hand, we were married, joined to another; this was a wonderful wedding with the Lord.
May we daily experience a funeral of the old man and a wedding with Christ, enjoying Him and putting our old man to death.
We have been made dead so that we might be joined to another; we died to live (Gal. 2:19). Praise the Lord!
May we realise that we should no longer live in the flesh, the manifestation of the old man, but in the spirit, for we have been joined to the Lord as one spirit. As we live in the spirit, we live Christ (Gal. 2:20).
To bear fruit to God means that God is brought forth as fruit. Amen, as we live in the mingled spirit, all we are and do must be the living God! God lives in us, He dwells in us, He expresses Himself through us, and we bear fruit to God by bringing forth God in our living!
May we all bring forth God as an overflow of God. In the organic union with the Lord (1 Cor. 6:17), we live to Christ and He lives in us, and we bring forth God.
Others see us, human beings, who live a normal Christian life, but we bring forth God, for the living God is expressed through us.
We must bring forth God as an overflow of God; in this way, we have the living God as our fruit, and we bear fruit to God.
When we believed into the Lord Jesus, we were joined to Him in spirit, and we received His life; even more, we have been joined to Christ’s life.
We are joined to Christ, we are married to Christ, and now we bear fruit to God.
Bearing fruit is not something deliberate, something we strive to do; it is a normal result and consequence of our living in the organic union with the Lord and loving Him. Amen!
We now refrain from idols not because the Bible tells us to but because we bear fruit to God, and the fruit of the Spirit is borne in us.
May we daily enjoy Christ as the tree of life until we bear fruit to God.
There are two kinds of fruit out of the divine life concerning bearing fruit to God. First, it is the fruit in 2 Peter 1:5-7 and Galatians 5, that is, the Christian virtues.
We bear fruit to God by having the Christian virtues, which are manifested as we live to the Lord and receive His divine dispensing.
As faith grows and develops in us, we have virtue, knowledge, self-control, endurance, godliness, brotherly love, and the divine love. We bear all these fruits by abiding in the Lord and remaining in the organic union with Him.
All these virtues are the attributes of God filling us, being enjoyed by us, and overflowing from us to be manifested in our human virtues. Amen!
On the one hand, we let the divine life grow and develop within us, and we bear the fruit of virtues. On the other hand, this fruit is also realised as the Spirit, and we can bear the fruit of the Spirit mentioned in Galatians 5:22-24.
To bear fruit to God is to have the fruit of the Spirit, such as joy, love, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and self-control.
As we abide in the Lord as branches in the vine, we bear fruit to God, for we have the fruit of the Spirit. Amen!
The second kind of fruit is our contacting people and dispensing the divine life into them for them to be regenerated by God, be filled with God’s life, and become fruit to God! Amen!
The divine life coming into us flows into others to regenerate them and bring them to the Lord to be attached to Christ and become fruit to God! Praise the Lord!
The fruit is also the regenerated persons who believe into the Lord through our living and our preaching the gospel.
May we have both of these kinds of fruit to God and not be slothful or fruitless, for if we have them, we will have a rich entrance into the kingdom of God.
Lord Jesus, we want to live in the joining of God and man today in our spirit. Thank You that our old man has died with Christ and we were raised with Him to live and walk in newness of life in resurrection. Hallelujah, we have God’s life and we were joined to God’s life to live to God and bear fruit to God! Oh Lord, keep us joined to You today. Bear fruit in us. May we remain under the divine dispensing until we’re filled with God and we overflow with God! Amen, Lord, may God be brought forth through us as we live one spirit with You! Be expressed through us today. Be manifested in us. May our faith grow and develop until it brings forth virtue, knowledge, self-control, endurance, godliness, brotherly love, and love. Amen, Lord, keep us abiding in You and living to You so that we may have the fruit of the Spirit! Flow in us and flow out of us into so many seeking ones so that they may become fruit to God through regeneration! Amen, Lord, we love You!

We have been joined to Christ as our Husband so that we may bear fruit to God.
Everything in our daily living is related to God, for we live to the Lord, loving Him and living to Him in all things for God to be brought forth in our living.
May we remain in our mingled spirit today, living one spirit with Him, so that we may bear fruit to God and He would be expressed through us.
Aaaaameeen!
In Romans 7:4, we see a funeral and a wedding!!
Wow, on the one hand we were buried, on the other hand, we were married, joined to another, in Gal 2:19 we have died to live!
If no death, no life!
Amen, Lord, bear fruit in us!
As the wife, we bear fruit to God by turning to our regenerated spirit and doing everything related to God.
In the old man, all we could produce was death; now we can bear fruit to God.
Amen! Much grace, brother.
Amen brother. The old husband is our old man. The wife is our regenerated new man.
A saved person is one who is risen from the dead and is joined to Christ.
Everything we do now is related to God, bringing forth God as an overflow of God.
The fruit that we now bear to God is the fruit of the Holy Spirit because God’s life is in us.
May we unceasingly call on the Lord so that we may bear fruit and serve in newness of spirit.
Amen brother 🙌
Bring all the dear saints into this divine and mystical reality now and forever. Amen 🙏
Rom. 7:4 footnote 3 on, bear fruit to God, Recovery Version Bible
Amen, brother!
Having died and risen with Him in resurrection, we have been joined to Christ, married with Him, and have a new status that we might bear fruit to God!
Thus, whatever we do must be related to God and bring forth God. In this way, we have the living God as our fruit, and we bear fruit to God.
As His wife, our duty is to bear fruit to God and serve in newness of spirit. Our service to Him borne out of the Holy Spirit accounts to us as righteousness
As saved ones we are those who are dead to the law but alive to God!
We are those risen from the dead and joined, married to Christ, to bear fruit to God as His wife and to serve in newness of Spirit.
Ameeen!!!!
Brother, when we were in the flesh, the passions for sins acted through the law. This results in bearing fruit to death. Everything is just death.
But thank the Lord! We have been made dead to the law through the body of Christ so that you might be joined to Christ who has been raised from the dead.
We not only received the life of Christ but we have been joined to His life. We have died to law that I might live to God.
Now we need to bear fruit to God, to bear God as our fruit through the Holy Spirit.

Gal. 5:24-25
24 But they who are of Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and its lusts.
25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.
“…We refrain from idols BECAUSE THE HOLY SPIRIT IS BEARING HIS FRUIT IN US…We are saved by grace, and the LORD’S LIFE IS IN US. SPONTANEOUSLY we will not sin. THIS IS THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT.” brother Lee
We do not need anyone to tell us what to eat or not to eat, what to buy or not to buy, what to wear or not to wear, what to celebrate or not to celebrate. If we BELIEVE that the SPIRIT is in us, we will SPONTANEOUSLY be able to let go of many things in our lives that keep us from growing in life.
If we BELIEVE that the SPIRIT is in us, within us, then we should walk by the Spirit. However, our flesh is very weak. We need to learn to use our conscience (which is part of our spirit); it will help us return to Him, turn on the switch of our spirit, and exercise it to enjoy His life in us. But it is NOT ONLY one switch, is it? WE ALSO NEED THE SWITCH OF OUR ❤️ in order to genuinely and deeply enjoy Him.
Our ❤️ is a little organ—the acting agent that connects us to the outside world—and it is the one that gathers within it ALL THE ISSUES of life. If we do not empty it every day during our PRIVATE, PERSONAL, and INTIMATE encounter with Him, all we will be doing is performing religious duties, just like the Pharisees.
Hallelujah! For the two switches we have available! Sometimes, for some, turning on the switch of the ❤️ is very hard—like a metal switch that has become rusty and needs some oil to soften it. In the same way, if we apply the anointing oil of our Lord Jesus, He will help us turn on that switch. And with His tender, unconditional love—and with our authorization and cooperation—He will do a thorough housekeeping of our ❤️.
So, for us TO EXPRESS HIM SPONTANEOUSLY, we need both switches to be turned on every day. In this way, WE WILL NOT NEED TO SEEK MAN’S ADVICE.
1 John 2:27
And as for you, the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone teach you; but as His anointing teaches you concerning all things and is true and is not a lie, and even as it has taught you, abide in Him.
But if you don’t have those private moments with Him IN THE MORNINGS THROUGH HIS WORD, and you still cannot eat THE SOLID FOOD, you will always look for man’s advice—instead of relying on and trusting in the ANOINTING that we all have received.
May our Lord be merciful and compassionate to us, and may our spirit and ❤️ be aligned in one accord—for the real and genuine enjoyment of our Lord Jesus. Amen!
Amen, Lord keep us abiding in You, bear fruit in us.
We live to Him. Amen . In all things. Amen
