In John’s ministry we have many aspects of Christ specifically for the dispensing of the Triune God as life into our tripartite being, and we need to spend time with the Lord in His word to see and enjoy the Christ revealed in the writings of John for God’s dispensing of Himself into our being.
Lord Jesus, we open to Your divine dispensing today. Dispense Yourself into us. We simply open. Our being is open to You. We want to be an open vessel for You to work Yourself into us. We exercise our spirit to touch You. We set our mind on our spirit. Spread from our spirit into our mind, emotion, and will. Saturate us with Yourself. Flow as rivers of living water into all our innermost being so that we may be filled with God’s life! Amen!
It is amazing to read in the writings of John how God is the Father, the Son, and the Spirit, not merely to do a work and carry out God’s economy but even more, to dispense Himself into us.
God in His Divine Trinity is dispensing Himself into our being. He began His dispensing when we received the gospel, and when we believed into the Lord, we were connected to the Triune God – to the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity.
Just as a home is connected to the electrical power and all the sockets, lights, and appliances can function simply by switching them on, for electricity flows into all of them, so we were plugged into the dispensing Triune God!
All that the Father has is the Son’s; all that the Son has, is, and has done is realised as the Spirit, and the Spirit dispenses all that the Father has and the Son has done into us.
This Spirit is now the wonderful Spirit in us! Oh, He is the wonderful Spirit in us!
When we exercise our spirit, turn to our spirit, we flip on the switch to enjoy the riches of the Triune God being dispensed into our being for our enjoyment.
We need to remain daily under the divine transmission of the Divine Trinity to us as revealed in the writings of John.
We may be travelling somewhere, we may be doing household chores, or we may simply be resting; in all things, we need to keep our being open to the Lord so that He may dispense Himself into us.
There is a divine transmission of the Divine Trinity going on all the time, and we can open to this transmission to be filled with the Lord.
When He dispenses Himself into us, we are being transformed into His image, and we are becoming even as He is, little by little. May we learn day by day to find ways to open to the Lord’s divine dispensing.
See the Christ Ministered by John for the Dispensing of the Triune God into our Tripartite Being
In book after book in the Bible we see so many aspects of Christ for our enjoyment and experience, and in John’s writings in particular, we see Christ in many wonderful aspects.
We need to exercise our spirit to see the Christ who was ministered by John for the dispensing of the Triune God as life into our tripartite being.
Christ is God in the Beginning – the Source of Life and the Eternal Life flowing as the River of Water of Life
The Christ ministered by John is the God who was in the beginning; this God is the very source of life and also the eternal life flowing as the river of water of life (John 1:1; 3:36; 5:26; Rev. 22:1).
In John 1:1 we are told that Christ is God who is in the beginning. Both John and Peter ministered in this way, showing that Christ, the Son of God, is God Himself (Rom. 9:5; Heb. 1:8; 2 Pet. 1:1).
This means that God is the very source of life; He is from the beginning, and He is the source of life.
God was embodied in Christ as the Word of God who became flesh and tabernacled among us, and this God is also the eternal life (John 3:36).
He is not only the source; He is also the eternal life for dispensing.
God’s intention from the beginning is to dispense Himself into us, and Revelation 22:1 tells us that the river of water of life flows from the throne of God for eternity.
May we see, enjoy, and receive the Christ ministered by John, the One who is in the beginning, who is the source of life, and who is the eternal life flowing into us as the river of water of life.
Lord Jesus, unveil us to see that You are the eternal life flowing into us! We open to You! We open to the dispensing of the Triune God as life into our tripartite being. Flow into us as life. Hallelujah, God flowed into a man, Jesus Christ, who became a life-giving Spirit to flow the divine life into us! Praise the Lord, we believers in Christ have the eternal life flowing in us, and for eternity we will drink the river of water of life!
Christ is the Eternal Logos, defining and expressing God, and He is the Only Begotten Son of God, declaring God
According to John, Christ is the eternal Logos, the One who defines, explains, and expresses God (John 1:1; 1 John 1:1; Rev. 19:13). He is the Logos, the eternal Word of God.
He is God, and He is also the Word of God. The Word of God defines God, explains God, and expresses God. The wonderful Christ, the second of the Trinity, is the eternal Word of God to define, explain, and express God.
When we read the Bible and exercise our spirit, we see the Word of God explaining God, defining God, and expressing God.
Christ is the only begotten Son of God, the One who declared God by the Word, life, light, grace, and reality (John 1:18; 3:16; 1:34; 20:31).
No one has ever seen God; the only begotten Son of God, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
He is the eternal Logos for dispensing life, and He is the only begotten Son of God to declare God so that He may dispense God’s life into us.
Whatever He is, He is for the dispensing of God as life into us.
Lord Jesus, unveil us to see You as the eternal Logos, the Word of God defining God, explaining God, and expressing God! We come to You in Your word to see God and enjoy God! Thank You for being the only begotten Son of God who declared God for the dispensing of life! Lord Jesus, keep us under Your divine dispensing today! Amen!
Christ is the Eternal Life and the Giver of the Spirit for the Dispensing of God into us
1 John 1:2 tells us that Christ is the eternal life. He is the divine, uncreated life of God, who is not only everlasting in time but also eternal and divine in nature for His eternal dispensing. Hallelujah!
Christ is the resurrection and the life – He is the resurrection life for the dispensing of God’s life into us (John 11:25; 14:6).
He is the everlasting life, both eternal and divine in nature. He flows from eternity as life, and He dispenses Himself as life into us; because He is eternal, there is an eternal dispensing of the divine life.
According to John 3:34, Christ is the Giver of the Spirit; He gives the Spirit without measure. The Spirit is the Triune God reaching us to dispense Himself into us.
When the Triune God stays in unapproachable light, He is the Father (1 Tim. 6:16), but when He reaches us, He is the Spirit (2 Cor. 3:17).
He is the Spirit who gives life, the Triune God reaching us as life, and Christ is the Giver of such a Spirit.
This means that He is both life and the giver of life for the dispensing of God into man.
Lord Jesus, we want to enjoy You as the eternal life today. Thank You for regenerating us with Your life to become our life! Hallelujah, we have the everlasting life of God, the eternal life which is divine! Praise the Lord, Christ is the Giver of the Spirit who is life, and we can receive life simply by calling on His name! Oh Lord Jesus!
Christ is the Son of Man for Redemption to be the Lamb of God making Propitiation for us
From the writings of John we see that our Christ is the Son of Man with the human nature (John 1:51; Rev. 1:13). He is not only the Son of God but also the Son of Man.
Christ is the Son of Man for redemption, for Him to take away the sin of the world and solve the problems between us and God, so that God may be dispensed into us.
Christ is the Son of Man not only to die for our sins but also to dispense Himself into us. He accomplished redemption so that He may dispense Himself into us.
We thank the Lord for His death for us on the cross, and we rejoice that He not only solved the problems between us and God but even more, He dispenses Himself into us.
We are thankful and we rejoice, for all the problems are solved, and we are now under the divine dispensing.
The apostle John ministered Christ as the Lamb of God (John 1:29; Rev. 5:6; 7:14, 17; 13:8; 22:1); the redeeming Lamb is for the dispensing of God as life into man (cf. Exo. 12:8-11).
It is good for us to know Christ as the Lamb of God, but we need to realise that even more, He is dispensing Himself into us as life!
He is the Lamb of God for God’s dispensing, and eventually, by the dispensing of the Triune God as life into our being, we become the New Jerusalem.
When we see this, we will appreciate the Lord’s redemption in a new way, even in a more wonderful way, for He redeemed us for us to enjoy His divine dispensing and become the New Jerusalem.
As the Lamb of God, Christ is the propitiation for our sins (1 John 2:2). He made propitiation for us, appeasing God on our behalf. He calmed the turmoil between us and God and appeased God.
Now there is a peaceful condition between God and us, and we can enjoy His divine dispensing.
The Lord Jesus Christ offered Himself to God as a sacrifice for our sins (Heb. 9:28), not only for redemption but also for the satisfying of God’s demand, thus appeasing the relationship between us and God.
Thank the Lord that Christ is the sacrifice for our propitiation before God. We are reconciled to God, we have peace toward God, and we are now open to God for Him to dispense Himself into us as our life.
How we thank the Lord and appreciate Him for making propitiation for us, being our propitiation, and opening the way for us to receive and enjoy the divine dispensing!
Lord Jesus, unveil us to see You and appreciate You as the Son of Man with the human nature. Thank You for being incarnated so that You may be the Lamb of God taking away the sin of the world! Hallelujah, Christ is the Son of Man for redemption to take away our sins and solve our problems between us and God! Thank You, Lord, now we have no problem with God but we have peace toward God, and we are under the divine dispensing! We open to Your dispensing. Praise You for being the propitiation for our sins to satisfy God’s demand, appease God, and restore our relationship with God! Hallelujah, we are now in a peaceful situation with God through Jesus Christ, and we can receive and enjoy the divine dispensing of the Triune God! Amen, Lord, dispense Yourself into us today!

He is eternal life, the logos word of God, the giver of the Spirit, and the Son of Man to accomplish redemption and make propitiation for us so that God may dispense Himself into us.
