Christ takes care of the churches in His divinity with His divine love to nourish the churches, for He walks among the churches to know their condition and speaks to them as the Spirit to trim and fill the lampstands; Christ nourishes the churches in His divinity and cherishes them in His humanity to help us grow and mature in the divine life to be His overcomers to accomplish His economy.
Lord Jesus, we open to Your cherishing and Your nourishing. Cherish us in Your humanity to make us feel comfortable and pleasant. Trim away anything that is not of Christ, anything that is negative, and anything that hinders the shining. Amen, Lord, we need Your nourishing! Nourish us with what You are so that our need would be met, we would become Your overcomers, and we would accomplish Your eternal economy! Amen!
Thank the Lord for being the Son of Man walking in the midst of the golden lampstands. He knows our situation both personally and corporately, both as individual Christians and as local churches. He cares for us in love.
He ministers the life supply into our being. If we just open to Him and let Him cherish us, He can remove anything negative from us, and He can add more of Himself to our being.
He is the One who is living forever and ever, and He lives to intercede for us, even to care for us perpetually. Christ is not only living but He is living forever and ever.
He died only once and resurrected only once. After He resurrected, He will live forever and ever. He will no longer die but rather, He will live forever and ever.
Christ is not only glorified with the glory with which He had with God before the world was; He was vested further with glorified humanity! Wow!
Christ lives in this way not just for Himself but for us, for He lives always to intercede for us. He is right now and continually appearing before the face of God to intercede for us.
Because He lives, we also live (John 14:19). He lives in us, and we live Christ. We live because of Him. He lives forever and ever, and we also live one spirit with Him.
We simply need to remain in His presence, even have His presence in our spirit all the time, and we will live, even as He lives.
Thank the Lord that He is the God who lives forever and ever; we can be assured of His presence in our spirit all the time.
Nothing establishes us more than the assured presence of the Lord; this is not a feeling or an imagination, nor is it a psychological illusion. He is with us. He is in us.
He is the eternal One, the almighty One, the One who is the source of life and the One who is in us. We are joined to Him as one spirit, and because He lives, we also live! Praise the Lord!
Christ Cares for the Churches in His Divinity with His Divine Love: He Nourishes the Churches for us to Grow and Mature in Life to be His Overcomers to Accomplish His Eternal Economy

On the one hand, Christ as the Son of Man cherishes us in His humanity to make us feel comfortable, pleasant, and sweet; as He does this, we open to Him, and He has a way to nourish us.
In Revelation 1:13 we see that Christ takes care of the churches in His divinity with His divine love, signified by the golden girdle on His breasts, to nourish the churches.
There’s a golden girdle that Christ as the Son of Man is girded at the breasts; this signifies that all the work is done, He cares for us in love, and in His care for us, He’s strengthened and energised by His divinity.
Christ’s divinity is exercised as He cares for the churches. He always lives to intercede, and He ministers Himself to us to nourish us and cause us to grow in life.
Christ is not only human but also divine; He is not only the Son of Man but also the Son of God. As the Son of Man, He cherishes the churches in His humanity, causing them to feel comfortable and also dressing the lamps to make them proper.
As the Son of God, He is nourishing the churches in His divinity to produce the overcomers to accomplish His eternal economy. Christ’s divinity as the divine energy, nourishes the churches in many ways.
We see this in the seven epistles to the seven churches in Revelation 2-3.
On the one hand, Christ as the Spirit spoke to expose the problems, defects, and shortcomings in the churches; this was His cherishing, for He wants to trim anything that is negative and hinders the shining of the lampstands.
On the other hand, He presented Himself in many different and wonderful aspects for the local churches to enjoy so that they may be recovered to His original intention.
In His humanity, He makes the churches feel comfortable and happy, and He trims by cutting the wrongdoings, shortages, failures, and defects mentioned in the seven epistles to the seven churches.
On the other hand, Christ nourishes the churches in His divinity in love. He doesn’t just trim what is negative by His shining; He also supplies the churches with the riches of His being.
Christ nourishes us with Himself as the all-inclusive Christ in His full ministry of three stages so that we may grow in the divine life and mature in life to be His overcomers.
What He is meets our every need. He unveils us to see what He is, and He nourishes us with the riches of His being, even with all that He is, has, and has accomplished.
As we are richly fed by Christ with what He is in His full ministry, we grow and mature in the divine life to be His overcomers to accomplish His eternal economy. Praise the Lord!
For example, in Revelation 2:7, He nourishes the church in Ephesus with the tree of life, which is the Paradise of God. Christ is the tree of life for the overcoming saints to enjoy, partake of, and be constituted with.
This is both a promise for the future, in the kingdom age and in eternity, and something we should do today.
Christ nourishes the churches by giving Himself to them as the tree of life for them to partake of, so that the saints may grow and mature to be the Lord’s overcomers, accomplishing His eternal economy.
In every church and to every church, no matter how deep the degradation and corruption is, the Lord presents an aspect of His being to nourish the church, even to nourish all the saints, so that they may grow in life unto maturity for the fulfilment of God’s purpose.
To the seventh church, the church in Laodicea, the Lord counsels her to buy gold, white garments, and eyesalve to be saved from their degradation in lukewarmness (Rev. 3:18).
He promises that He will dine with the ones who open the door to Him (v. 20). This is the way Christ nourishes the churches in His divinity.
In ourselves, we fail and are degraded, so we need the Lord as the Son of Man to come to cherish us in His humanity and nourish us in His divinity so that we may go on with the Lord.
We need Him as our real gold, the divine nature, as our white garments, our righteousness being lived out of us, and the eyesalve, the anointing Spirit causing us to see God and His purpose.
May we open to the Lord’s work in His divinity to nourish the churches in His love.
May we eat Him, drink Him, and be richly nourished with Him so that we may grow and mature in His life and become the overcomers in His sevenfold intensification!
Lord Jesus, thank You for being the Son of Man caring for the churches by cherishing them in Your humanity and by nourishing them in Your divinity. Thank You, Lord, for nourishing the churches in Your divinity so that we may grow in life unto maturity and be Your overcomers. We open to You, Lord. We open to Your cherishing and nourishing. We open to enjoy You, partake of Your riches, and be richly fed with what You are today! Amen, Lord, nourish us today! May we enjoy the all-inclusive Christ in His full ministry of three stages so that we may grow unto maturity and become the Lord’s overcomers for the fulfilment of His economy! We love You, Lord! We open to You! We open to Your care for the churches in Your divinity with Your divine love. We take You as the tree of life; we partake of You as our life and life supply so that we may live because of You. We open the door of our heart: come in, Lord, and feast with us! Make us Your overcoming saints in the churches today!
Being in the Churches and Opening to the Lord’s Cherishing and Nourishing

The Lord Jesus revealed in Revelation 1 and 2 is the Son of Man who is walking in the midst of the local churches, knowing each one’s situation, and cherishing and nourishing the churches.
He is the walking Christ; He gets to know the condition of each church. He is also the speaking Christ, and He trims and fills the lampstands with fresh oil, the supply of the Spirit (Rev. 2:1, 7).
For us to participate in His move and enjoy His care, we must be in the churches.
Thank the Lord that we are in the local churches in the Lord’s recovery under the rich care of Christ as the Son of Man, our dear High Priest!
He is our High Priest, and He is easily touched in His humanity with the feeling of our weaknesses (Heb. 4:15).
As we come to Him or He comes to us, He sees the condition of our being and the condition of the church, and He is touched; He has compassion on us, He speaks to us, and He exposes the situation we’re in.
He sympathises with our weakness, for He was tempted in all respects just like us. He cherishes us in His humanity; He does this by His very presence, for His presence makes us feel comfortable, sweet, and pleasant.
As He cherishes us, He exposes and removes by cutting all the negative things. We simply say amen to His shining, and He does all the work in us; He cuts and removes what hinders the shining. Then, He nourishes us.
Oh, as we feel comfortable and pleasant in His presence, the Lord has a way to dispense something of Himself into us.
He is cherishing us in His humanity to make us proper so that we may be happy, pleasant, and comfortable.
He is nourishing us in His divinity so that we may grow and mature in the divine life to be His overcomers to accomplish His eternal economy.
We love the Lord’s cherishing; He cherishes us by His very presence, even as a child is cherished by the presence of his mother. As He cherishes us, we open to Him.
We allow Him to make His home in our heart. We let Him expose what is negative, and we let Him remove what hinders the shining.
Thank the Lord that, as we remain in the Lord’s presence, we are in an atmosphere of tenderness and warmth, for our being is cherished.
As He cherishes us, He also nourishes us, adding more of Himself to us and revealing an aspect of Himself that would nourish us and cause us to advance in the Lord.
We experience this both personally and corporately; in particular, we experience His cherishing and nourishing as we are in the meetings of the local churches.
We do experience a good fellowship with the Lord personally, as we contact the Lord, and we enjoy something of Christ as we get together with our family and fellowship in our own home.
But we enjoy even more cherishing and nourishing from the Lord as we come together with the saints in the meetings of the church!
As we come in the Lord’s presence together, we enjoy His rest, comfort, healing, cleansing, and encouragement. In the atmosphere of His presence, we are cleansed, we are comforted, we are healed, and we are encouraged.
So many times, we just got ourselves to the meeting and opened to the Lord a little bit, and He cherished us and nourished us, both making us feel pleasant and nourishing us with the riches of His being!
Through the nourishing we receive from the Lord, we enjoy the life supply inwardly. Through the cherishing rendered by the Lord, we experience the comforting and soothing atmosphere outwardly.
May we open to the Lord and enjoy His cherishing and nourishing in our daily life and in the church life.
May we simply open and let Him cherish and nourish us so that we may grow unto maturity to become the Lord’s overcomers to fulfil His eternal economy.
Lord Jesus, we open to You today. We open to Your cherishing and nourishing. Thank You for being the Son of Man walking in the midst of the local churches today. Thank You for being the walking Christ who gets to know the condition of each church and even the condition of each believer in Christ. Amen, Lord, You are the speaking Spirit who trims and fills the lampstands with fresh oil, the supply of the Spirit. We open to Your cherishing in Your humanity and to Your nourishing in Your divinity. Hallelujah, through the Lord’s cherishing we experience the soothing and comforting atmosphere outwardly! Praise the Lord, by the Lord’s nourishing we enjoy the supply of life inwardly. Amen, Lord, keep us in the local churches, enjoying and experiencing Christ as the Son of Man who cherishes and nourishes the churches. Go on in us. Go on among us. Keep us open to You both personally and corporately. Oh Lord, may You gain the overcomers in the churches that You need for the accomplishing of Your purpose!

- Hymns on this topic:
– O Lord, do nourish us; You are the food we need; / As we are eating You, we’ll be transformed indeed; / We’re fully satisfied as on Yourself we feed, / So nourish us, O Lord, we pray. / O Lord, do nourish us today / As all our self You wash away. / Not only purify, / But fill and satisfy; / O Lord, do nourish us today. (Hymns #1135 stanza 3 and chorus)
– Christ in love Himself has given / That the Church be sanctified, / Without blemish, spot, or wrinkle, / To become His glorious bride. / He does nourish her and cherish / As a man his body treats; / He and she become one body— / Thus the myst’ry very great. (Hymns #823 stanza 8)
– The great high priestly robe He wears, / For every church He fully cares: / He trims the lamp, the oil supplies; / He makes them burn, flames in His eyes. / A golden girdle on His breast— / His work is done, and from His rest / He unto all the churches pours / Himself in love, the treasure store. (Hymns #1184 stanzas 3-4)

May we learn to open to the Lord Jesus as the Son of Man coming to cherish us in His humanity and nourish us in His divinity.
He cherishes us to make us feel comfortable and happy, and He nourishes us with the riches of His being for us to grow unto maturity to be His overcomers who fulfill His economy.
Amen, He’s walking among the churches to observe our situation, and He’s speaking to us as the Spirit to add the oil.
Amen brother. Nourishing & cherishing go together like a horse & carriage. In the church life, our Christ nourishes us in His divinity with all the positive aspects of His person.
In His humanity, He makes us feel happy, pleasant & comfortable. The church life is the very best place in which we may enjoy the Tree of life.
Christ’s nourishing supplies us with His life inwardly, and His cherishing creates a soothing & comforting atmosphere outwardly.
By means of cherishing & nourishing Christ trims away all our wrongdoings, shortages, failures & defects. How marvellous is the church life.
Amen and Amen for His cherishing and nourishing today!
Because Christ is walking amongst the lampstands, He knows the condition of each church and thereby cherishes and nourishes his lampstands.
For His move and purpose, the intensified Christ today is girded at the breast with a golden girdle signifying in which He nourishes us in and with Himself, in His divine love, so that we may grow and mature not only to enjoy the supply of life inwardly, but much more that we may be His matching overcomers to accomplish His eternal economy.
Under his cherishing, by Christ trimming the wicks of the Church lamps, He fills each church with fresh supply of oil (the Spirit) and we’re brought into the proper condition and atmosphere to hear and absorb the dispensing word of His constituting ministry (revealed in all the positive aspects of His person in the 7 churches) to produce us overcomers to accomplish His eternal economy!
Yes, regardless of the situation around us He is faithful to cherish His humanity and nourishes us in His divinity.
The message is for the church, but hearing what the Lord speaks to the church is personal.
These hearings of His message today in the church will help us to be overcomers in the millennium so that we can get the rewards from His hands.
If we are to enjoy the eating of Christ as the Tree of Life in the Kingdom we must enjoy eating Him in the churches today!
As the one walking amidst the golden lampstands He is speaking to us as the Spirit, and will dine with us if we open the door to Him.
As the Son of man He is cherishing us to make us comfortable and happy outwardly to nourish us inwardly by supplying us with the divine life that we may grow and mature in this age to fulfill God’s eternal economy! Hallelujah!
Ameen!!!
For we do not have a High Priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all respects like us, yet without sin.
Christ as the Son of Man is the merciful and faithful High Priest, “clothed with a garment reaching to the feet, and girded about at the breasts with a golden girdle”, to cherish the churches in His humanity and nourish them in His divinity.
Christ takes care of the churches in His humanity as the Son of Man by dressing the lamps of the lampstands to make them proper, cherishing us so that we may be happy, pleasant, and comfortable.
Also now Christ is girded about at the breasts, caring for the churches that He has produced by His love. The golden girdle signifies Christ’s divinity as His divine energy, and the breasts signify that this golden energy is exercised and motivated by and with His love to nourish the churches.
A very good song on this topic is the one on Hebrews 4:15-16.
