Contact the Lord to be Filled with Christ as the Wisdom of God and be Children of Wisdom

But to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. 1 Cor. 1:24

Christ is the wisdom of God, and whatever He did was by the wisdom of God, and wisdom is only in Christ; for us to have wisdom, we need to exercise our whole being to contact Christ so that He may saturate our spirit and our mind with Himself as wisdom.

People think they are wise but they are not; wisdom is not of man but of God.

Even more, wisdom is not of the mind but of the spirit; when we exercise our spirit and live in spirit, we are wise, and whatever we do and say is an expression of Christ as wisdom.

Wisdom is different from knowledge; people may have a lot of knowledge but they may be very unwise.

Many times the most knowledgeable of people, those filled with a lot of knowledge, live in a foolish way and take very foolish decisions.

Wisdom doesn’t come merely with age; you don’t simply become wiser as you grow in human life and become older.

Wisdom is of God, and Christ is the wisdom of God. God is the unique Initiator, and from Him are all things.

We may think we exist of ourselves, we can take care of ourselves, we know what’s going on in our life, and we can manage our own destiny, but simply saying this shows how foolish we are.

When we realize that God is the only wise One and that Christ is the wisdom of God, we will come to Him in His word to seek Him, be filled with Him, and allow Him to saturate us with Himself as wisdom.

God has initiated many things by His wisdom, and He comes in to apply what He has initiated by displaying His knowledge.

This wisdom of God is a mystery; Christ is the wisdom of God, He is the mystery of God, and this mystery is deep and profound.

This wisdom of God, which is Christ, has been hidden and predestinated before the ages for our glory.

But praise the Lord, today we can see Christ as the wisdom of God, we can enjoy Him, and we can be filled with Him so that we may be the wise manifestation of God on earth.

In the local churches throughout the earth, in all the various localities where the Lord has placed us, we all give glory to the only wise God! Praise our wise God!

Christ is the Wisdom of God and we who Believe into Christ are the Children of Wisdom Justifying Him and His Deeds

And the little child grew and became strong, being filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was upon Him...And Jesus advanced in wisdom and stature and in the grace [manifested in Him] before God and men. Luke 2:40, 521 Cor. 1:24 tells us that Christ is the wisdom of God. Prov. 8:1, 12, and 9:1 speak of wisdom; the reality of wisdom is Christ.

Wisdom is not in Christ: wisdom is Christ (1 Cor. 1:24, 30).

When God gives us wisdom, He doesn’t give us a thing – He gives us Christ. In the New Testament, the personified wisdom of God is Christ as its reality (Prov. 8:1, 12; 9:1; Luke 2:40, 52; 7:35; Matt. 11:19).

Actually, as the Lord was growing up, the wisdom of His deity was revealed in proportion to the measure of His bodily growth (Luke 2:40, 52; Col. 2:2-3).

When He was twelve years old, for example, there was a breakthrough in His understanding, and He said that He must be in the things of His Father, in the Father’s house.

The divine wisdom, which He is in the Godhead, was increasing in Christ as the God-man as He was growing humanly; yet because He was twelve years of age after His parents found Him, He went home and was subject to them.

As Christ grew humanly, His wisdom also increased.

The principle is the same with us as believers in Christ: the more Christ grows in us, the more wisdom we have, for Christ is the wisdom of God.

In Matt. 11:19 the Lord Jesus, referring to Himself, said that wisdom is justified by her works; this wisdom was justified, vindicated, by His wise works, His wise deeds. Whatever the Lord Jesus did was done by the wisdom of God, which is Christ Himself.

What a living He had! He knew how to be with any kind of person – whether high or low, whether sinners or the Pharisees, whether children or leaders of the people. He knew what to say, what to do, what not to say, and He understood every kind of person, for He was the wisdom of God.

Everything Christ did was by the wisdom of God; when He was with His disciples, when He was interrogated and tested by the religionists, when He was before Pilate or Caiaphas, He knew what to say, for He was the wisdom of God.

We have such a Christ in us, and we want to learn Him in this way!

...Yet wisdom is justified by her works. Matt. 11:19 Yet wisdom is justified by all her children. Luke 7:35

Luke 7:35 says that wisdom is justified by all her children; those who believe in Christ are the children of wisdom, those who justify Christ and His deeds and who follow Him as their wisdom.

God needs us, His children, to justify and vindicate Him. In the midst of the present situation we declare that our God is righteous, faithful, and He is a God of love, grace and mercy! We declare and uphold the truth that our God is true!

Even though we may not understand what is happening to us, both personally and corporately on earth, we stand before the enemy and we vindicate God, for He is the only wise God!

The time will come when the whole universe will see the complete manifestation of the wisdom of God!

For the time being, our wise God hides Himself, as part of His wisdom, but we will not be silent; our God is faithful, wise, and righteous, and we love our God, who is our wisdom!

Christ’s work in us is to produce us as the children of wisdom caring for the life of wisdom; this is His work – we don’t take this to improve ourselves but we let Him do His work to produce us as children of wisdom.

Hallelujah, Christ is the wisdom of God, and we as believers in Christ are children of wisdom! Thank You, Lord Jesus, for coming as a Man to live and express the wisdom of God. We behold You, Lord, and we want to spend time with You to be infused with You as the wisdom of God. We acknowledge that we have no wisdom in and of ourselves; we come to You, the wisdom of God, to be infused and filled with Christ as our wisdom. We vindicate You, Lord, and we follow You as our wisdom. We declare to the whole universe that our God is faithful, righteous, full of love, grace and mercy! Even though we don’t understand what is happening to us and why certain things are taking place in this world, we declare that our God is faithful, wise, and righteous, and we are the children of wisdom vindicating Him!

All Treasures of Wisdom and Knowledge are Hidden in Christ; as we Contact Him, we are filled with Christ as the Wisdom of God

That their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love and unto all the riches of the full assurance of understanding, unto the full knowledge of the mystery of God, Christ, in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden. Col. 2:2-3In Christ, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden (Col. 2:3).

God is the unique source of wisdom and knowledge, and if were to trace wisdom and knowledge, their true source is God Himself (1 Cor. 8:6).

It is quite dangerous for us to try to seek wisdom in another source, even if this is ourselves; wisdom and knowledge have their source in God.

Wisdom is related to our spirit and knowledge is related to our mind (Eph. 1:8, 17).

All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ, who is the mystery of God (Col. 2:2-3).

Christ is the mystery of God; He as a mystery is in us, and He is making us mysterious in Him – this mystery is great, Christ and the church.

We may try to understand our own life and situation, but we cannot understand it; then, we may give up and simply tell our God of wisdom, Do what is on Your heart concerning me, for You are the wise God, and You know what to do and how to do it!

When we seek Christ, know Christ, and enjoy Christ, we enjoy the wisdom of God, and this wisdom is saturating us.

The fact that wisdom and knowledge are embodied in Christ is proven by His spoken words; especially when we read the gospels of Matthew and John, what we see is the highest philosophy and the highest morality.

The Lord’s words recorded in these two books contain the highest philosophy; they surpass any kind of human philosophy or morality, for the things He spoke were high, deep, and profound, touching not only the outward manifestation of things but the inward motive also.

We need to come to the highest philosophy, the word of God, to contact the Lord and be infused with Himself as our wisdom.

Sometimes a person may be of a rather high level of intelligence or a great capacity for creativity; such ones in particular need to come to the word of God to be challenged in a positive way by the highest philosophy and the greatest creativity expressed in it.

God’s thoughts are very deep; He is the deepest thinker there is. We are made in His image and likeness to be filled with Him and be His testimony.

The concept in the Lord’s words is deep and profound; the more we spend time with Him in His Word, the more we are infused with the deeper truths and divine concepts in the word of God.

Then, we become simple persons, genuine beings, truthful and filled with divine wisdom; we don’t become self-aware of “how deep we are” but rather, we praise our wise God.

God has wisdom in a way to save us from being absorbed in ourselves, from being so conscious of ourselves; He is saving us to the point that we become Christ-conscious and Body-conscious people in the wisdom of God.

Since wisdom and knowledge are stored up in Christ as a treasure, we cannot have wisdom and knowledge unless we have Christ (Col. 1:27; 3:4, 10-11).

If we exercise our being to contact the Lord, Christ as the life-giving Spirit will saturate our spirit and our mind. Then we also will have in our experience the wisdom and knowledge that are hidden in Christ. In this way we will experience Him as the mystery of God. We should not be like the Colossians, who allowed pagan philosophy to defraud them of the wisdom and knowledge hidden in Christ. Witness Lee, The Conclusion of the New Testament, pp. 3557-3558We shouldn’t try to get wisdom as a thing in itself; we should simply spend more time with Christ and be infused with Him.

If we exercise our being to contact the Lord, Christ as the life-giving Spirit will saturate our spirit and our mind, and we will have in our experience the wisdom and knowledge that are hidden in Christ (Col. 2:3).

The way that wisdom becomes ours is by us being open vessels; we come to the Lord to receive His dispensing, His transmission, and this dispensing reaches our spirit.

From our spirit, the divine dispensing reaches our inward parts to saturate us and renew us in the spirit of our mind, and we are being transformed by the renewing of our mind.

Then, the emotion will follow, and they will also be renewed and subdued; as our whole soul is renewed and transformed, we will have Christ as the treasure wrought into us and made real to us.

This treasure – Christ as the wisdom of God becoming our wisdom – is hidden in us; but our inner feeling is that something wonderful takes place, for Christ is saturating us and making us the corporate expression of Him as our wisdom!

May we be those who exercise our being to contact the Lord so that Christ as the life-giving Spirit will saturate our spirit and our mind. This is the way to have in our experience the wisdom and knowledge that are hidden in Christ.

Lord Jesus, we exercise our whole being to contact You and be infused with You as the wisdom of God. Come in, Lord, as the life-giving Spirit, and saturate our spirit and our mind. We want to have in our experience the wisdom and knowledge that is hidden in Christ. We come to You in Your word, dear Lord, to see You, behold You, be infused with You, and obtain You as the wisdom of God. We open our vessel to You, Lord; we just want to be vessels open to Your divine dispensing. Dispense Yourself as the wisdom of God in our spirit and our soul to saturate us with Yourself. We allow You, Lord, to saturate our spirit and our mind so that we may have in our experience the wisdom and knowledge that are hidden in Christ.
