Enjoy the Threefold Life Dispensing of the Divine Trinity to become God’s Masterpiece

For we are His masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus... Eph. 2:10

Ephesians 2 shows us that in the Divine Trinity, all the believers have access unto God the Father, through God the Son, and in God the Spirit; by the threefold life dispensing of the Triune God, we are becoming God’s masterpiece, His poem. Wow, Hallelujah!

The book of Ephesians, a book on the church, has a basic structure, which is the Divine Trinity.

If we don’t see the Divine Trinity in the book of Ephesians, we may get doctrines and teachings, but we will not enter into the depths of this book, and we will not realize what God’s purpose is.

Yes, God’s purpose is to obtain the church, but the way He does it is by means of the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity, and this dispensing can be received and enjoyed in the mingled spirit.

In Ephesians 1 we see how the Father chose and predestinated us to be His many sons, the Son redeemed us and saved us to be God’s heritage, His private possession, and the Spirit sealed us and is the pledge of our inheritance.

This is all both in eternity past before time began, and in time, when we exist and hear the gospel.

Even more, Christ went through a marvellous process and became a life-giving Spirit to come into our spirit, and the consummation of this process is that He was enthroned and exalted far above all things and persons.

Christ was exalted to the highest point in the universe, and He was given the headship, the Lordship, and the kingship.

Now there is a God-man who is over all things, heading up all things, and ruling and reigning over all things.

And such a transcending Christ is transmitting all that He is to the church. Wow!

This is how the church is produced.

The church did not come into being when many Christians came together and, there it is, we have the church.

Rather, the church came into being when the transcending Christ transmitted Himself with all that He is and has into the many believers in Christ, and they became the church as the Body of Christ.

As long as we remain under the divine transmission of the transcending Christ, the Christ who is Head over all things to the church, we are the organic Body of Christ, the church, to be the fullness of the One who fills all and in all.

Throughout the first chapter of Ephesians, we see the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity issuing in many marvellous matters.

The Father’s dispensing issues in the many sons of God, the Son’s dispensing issues in the heritage to God, and the Spirit’s dispensing issues in the saints enjoying God as their inheritance.

And the transcending Christ transmitting Himself constantly and continuously produces the church as the Body of Christ, the fullness of the One who fills all and in all. Wow.

All these can clearly be seen in Ephesians 1.

In this article, we come to Ephesians 2, where we see a further vision of the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity in a marvellous way to produce the church as the masterpiece of God.

In the Divine Trinity, All Believers have Access unto God through Christ in the Spirit

For through Him we both have access in one Spirit unto the Father. Eph. 2:18Ephesians chapter two reveals that in the Divine Trinity, all the believers – whether Jewish or Gentile – have access unto God the Father, through God the Son, and in God the Spirit.

This is what Eph. 2:18 clearly says.

We have access to God in the Divine Trinity. Whether Jews or Gentiles, we share the same access to God, and this access is to the Father through the Son in the Spirit.

The Father is the source and destination, the Son is the means and the way, and the Spirit is the One in whom we have access to God.

In order for this to happen, Christ died on the cross and abolished the law of the commandments in ordinances, broke down the middle wall of partition, slew the enmity to reconcile the Gentiles to the Jews, and shed His blood to redeem both the Jews and the Gentiles to God.

He has done everything.

He went through a process and died on the cross to deal with any enmity, condemnation, and accusation, and He reconciled us in His Body on the cross (Eph. 2:16).

First, we were reconciled in one Body to God, whether Jews or Gentiles; this was something positional.

Then, we both have access in one Spirit unto the Father through the Son; this is something experiential.

In position, we have been reconciled to God through Jesus Christ.

Based on this, we now have access to God the Father through Christ the Son in God the Spirit.

In order for us to enjoy experientially what we have positionally, we need to be in the Spirit.

Christ died an all-inclusive death on the cross and, after He died and was buried, He was resurrected to become the life-giving Spirit to indwell us (1 Cor. 15:45; 2 Cor. 3:17).

Then, He came to preach the gospel to us; this is the gospel of the dispensing of life into man.

When we announce the gospel to others, Jesus is also announcing, for He came back after His death and resurrection to announce the highest gospel.

He is now announcing the gospel of the new man, the gospel of life dispensing to make peace.

Even after the processes of incarnation, human living, crucifixion, and resurrection, the three of the Godhead still coexist and coinhere simultaneously.

Abolishing in His flesh the law of the commandments in ordinances, that He might create the two in Himself into one new man, so making peace, And might reconcile both in one Body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity by it. And coming, He announced peace as the gospel to you who were far off, and peace to those who were near. Eph. 2:15-17Through God the Son, who is the Accomplisher, the means, and in God the Spirit, who is the Executor, the application, we have access unto God the Father, who is the Originator, the source of our enjoyment. Hallelujah!

Isn’t it so wonderful to see that we all have access to God by means of the Divine Trinity!

By means of the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity, we have access to God to enjoy God, partake of God, experience God, and be one with God.

Christ took care of the law in commandments and ordinances that condemned us, He tore down the middle wall of partition, and He destroyed the enmity on the cross.

All we have to do today is exercise our spirit and contact the Lord, being in spirit and living in this organic union with the Lord, and we have access to God in the divine dispensing!

May we remain here.

May we remain in the access to God, enjoying Him and being one with Him, and may we realize we are one with one another in Christ!

Hallelujah, we have access to God the Father through Christ the Son in God the Spirit! Thank You, Lord Jesus, for granting us access to the Father in the Spirit! Thank You for dying to abolish the law of the commandments in ordinances and to break down the middle wall of partition. Praise You, Lord, You slew the enmity to reconcile the Gentiles to the Jews, and You shed Your blood to redeem the Jews and the Gentiles to God! Hallelujah, now we have access to the Father through Christ in the Spirit! We have heard and received the highest gospel, the gospel of the new man, the gospel of life dispensing to make peace, and we have believed! Amen, Lord, keep us in this access to the Father through the Son in the Spirit!

The Threefold Life Dispensing of the Triune God makes us God’s Masterpiece, His Poem

For we are His masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand in order that we would walk in them. Eph. 2:10

Christ has done everything for us, and we can simply have access to God through Christ in the Spirit.

But this is not all, for God’s purpose is not only that we would have access to God and enjoy God.

God’s purpose, His heart’s desire, is the church, the Body of Christ, the one new man, as the masterpiece of God.

We are His masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus (Eph. 2:10).

God’s salvation produces God’s masterpiece.

The church as the one new man produced by Christ on the cross is the masterpiece of God.

For we are His masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand in order that we would walk in them. Eph. 2:10 Abolishing in His flesh the law of the commandments in ordinances, that He might create the two in Himself into one new man, [so] making peace, And might reconcile both in one Body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity by it. Eph. 2:15-16 In whom all the building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord; In whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in spirit. Eph. 2:21-22In Greek, the word for masterpiece is poiema, a word that in English is poem.

We are God’s poem. We are the display and exhibition of the wisdom of God.

A poem displays the wisdom of the writer, showing his skill, art, and design.

By the threefold life dispensing of the Triune God, we become God’s masterpiece, His poem.

The church is God’s masterpiece, His poem, expressing His infinite skill, art, and design.

When we look at the church, we see the best that God could come up with.

We do not look at the church and see the problems; we look at the church and see the infinite design and marvellous skills of the great Designer, the Triune God.

The threefold life dispensing of the Father as the source, the Son as the course, and the Spirit as the flow make us God’s masterpiece, His poem.

Wow, we as the church are the masterpiece of our Triune God by His threefold life dispensing!

We are not only human beings who are saved and renewed to express God; we are being made God’s masterpiece to express His infinite wisdom and great design.

The God who made us His masterpiece is the Father as the source acting through Christ as the channel and in the Spirit as the means.

Christ, the Son, came in the name of the Father (John 5:43) and was one with the Father (8:29; 16:32), and He was even called the Father (Isa. 9:6).

The means by which the Father accomplishes His purpose is Christ the Son; He’s the channel in which and the means by which God enlivened us, raised us up, and seated us in the heavenlies.

After He died and rose, in His resurrection Christ came as the Spirit to announce the gospel.

When the Spirit came, He came with the Father (John 15:26) in the name of the Son (14:26).

When we receive the Son in His announcing, we receive the Spirit, and the Father comes to us through the Son in the Spirit to bring us back to Himself.

This threefold life dispensing of the Triune God, this flow of the Divine Trinity into us and then back to God, produces us as God’s masterpiece.

We are a poem written by the dispensing of the Father as the source, the Son as the course, and the Spirit as the flow.

The church is God’s handiwork, His masterpiece; God is the greatest Artist in the universe and He is writing the best poem here in the church.

How is He writing it? It is by His threefold life dispensing as the Father, the Son, and the Spirit.

Ephesians 2:10 indicates that…salvation produces God’s masterpiece… The Greek word here is poiema, a word that has been anglicized into the English word poem. We are God’s poem. A poem often displays the wisdom of the writer. It expresses his skill, art, and design. We are poems written by the threefold life dispensing of the Father as the source, the Son as the course, and the Spirit as the flow. This threefold life dispensing makes us a poem. We are the masterpiece of our Triune God by His threefold life dispensing. Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1983, vol. 2, “The Divine Dispensing of the Divine Trinity,” p. 302By His non-stop dispensing of His Divine Trinity into us, He is making us His masterpiece.

The angels and all beings in the universe will sing at the end of this process to the praise of His glory!

They will give glory to the Father, glory to the Son, and glory to the Spirit, for the Triune God by His threefold life dispensing has made fallen human beings into God’s masterpiece!

The Father’s dispensing to produce the masterpiece, the Son’s dispensing to produce the new man, and the Spirit’s bringing us to the Father in one Body result in the building up of the church and the fulfilment of God’s eternal economy (Eph. 2:10, 15-16, 21-22).

Christ is building His church by the constant transmission of Himself into us to make us the church, the masterpiece of God.

As we remain under the threefold life dispensing of the Triune God, receiving this transmission all the time, we love one another, we grow up into Christ in all things, and we are built together to become the one Body of Christ.

And we will function in harmony, remaining under the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity.

This is what Ephesians 2 reveals concerning the Triune God, and this is the glorious result of our enjoyment of the threefold life dispensing of the Triune God day by day.

Lord Jesus, we open to the threefold life dispensing of the Triune God today. Dispense Yourself into us as the Father, the Son, and the Spirit to make us the church, the masterpiece of God! Hallelujah, we were created in Christ to be the masterpiece of God, the church as the one new man, to express the infinite design of our God! Praise the Lord, we are in the process of becoming the poem of God, the ultimate manifestation of His wondrous skill and great design! We open to You today, Lord, to remain under the dispensing of the Father as the source, the Son as the means, and the Spirit as the flow. Dispense Yourself in Your Divine Trinity into us to produce the church, the masterpiece of God!

The God who [made us His masterpiece] is the Father as the source, acting through a channel, Christ the Son…When the Son came, He came in the Father’s name (John 5:43), He came with the Father (8:29; 16:32), and the Son was even called the Father (Isa. 9:6)…The Son is the means, the course, who accomplished the Father’s purpose. Christ became the channel in which and the means by which God enlivened us, raised us up, and seated us in the heavenlies. After His death and resurrection Christ the Son came as the Spirit to announce the gospel. When the Spirit came, He came with the Father (John 15:26 and footnote) in the Son’s name (14:26). This means that when the Spirit came, the Son came… When we receive the Son in His announcing, we receive the Spirit… The Father came to us through the Son in the Spirit, and now the Spirit brings us back to the Father through the Son. Through this wonderful two-way traffic we enjoy the threefold dispensing of life by the Triune God. Both the Jewish and the Gentile believers have access to the Father through Christ, who abolished the law of the commandments in ordinances, broke down the middle wall of partition, slew the enmity to reconcile the Gentiles to the Jews, and shed His blood to redeem the Jews and the Gentiles to God. What a blessing to be God’s masterpiece, God’s poem, to express His wisdom, design and skill!

Positionally we were reconciled to God when were saved and today, experientially, we enjoy God, having access to the Father who is the source of this enjoyment, through God the Son, the channel and God the Spirit as the flow.

Praise the Triune God for His threefold dispensing as the Divine Trinity for the fulfilment of His economy!

Hallelujah! The Son came to us through the Son in the Spirit.

The One who indwells us is the very Triune God Himself. When we announce the gospel, Jesus is also announcing.

Through us, He announces the highest gospel.

The three-fold life of God is making us His masterpiece; the display of His wisdom, skill, art & design.

How wonderful redemption is.

amen brother

I really enjoyed that through the son we have access unto the Father in one spirit.

The Son in his resurrection became the life giving Spirit to indwell us

now when we come to the Spirit we receive the son as the Spirit coming down to us and we have access to the father

as the son comes with the father on the other hand the spirit through the son also bring us back to the father

praise the lord for this 2 way traffic to be under the dispensing of the triune God

Fn.”masterpiece”,

The Greek word, “poiema”, means something that has been made, a “handiwork”, or something that has been written or composed as a “poem”. Not only a “poetic”writing may be considered a poem, but also, any work of art, that expresses the maker’s wisdom and design.

We, the church, the masterpiece of God’s work, are a poem expressing God’s infinite wisdom and divine design.

The heavens, the earth, and man, created by God, are not God’s masterpiece; but, the “church, the Body of Christ, the fullness of the One who fills all in all (1:23), the corporate and universal new man”, (v. 15), is a “masterpiece”. We, have been “saved by grace” to be God’s masterpiece, that, We may walk in the good works prepared beforehand by God.
