Being those who have a Dispensational Value to God doing a Special Work to End this age

And she brought forth a son, a man-child, who is to shepherd all the nations with an iron rod; and her child was caught up to God and to His throne. Rev. 12:5

Every time that God wants to make a dispensational move, a move to change the age, He must obtain His dispensational instrument; may we be those who have dispensational value to God in this age today!

This week in our morning revival we come to the topic of, Answering God’s Call to be His Dispensational Instruments, His overcomers to Turn the Age.

May the Lord be merciful to us all, no matter where we are, who we are, and at what stage in life we are, so that, as long as we love the Lord and allow Him to recover us to His original intention, we would answer the Lord’s call for overcomers.

We may be old or young, we may be a high schooler or a college age saint, we may be in our twenties or a full-time training trainee, we may be a full time serving saint or a working saint, we may be in our thirties, we may be singled or married, we may have children or we may not have a family, we may be a middle age saint or an older saint – all of us need to hear God’s call for overcomers.

What we need is not more truth, more knowledge, or more Scriptural doctrines; we need to hear the Lord’s call and realize that we live in a time when God is doing something special for Himself, for His name, for His will, and for His kingdom, His testimony, His economy, and His move on earth.

He is doing something to end this age, return, and bring His kingdom to the earth.

He is calling those who cooperate with Him; He is calling those who would be part of His dispensational instrument, those who would be raised up by Him to move in a dispensational way, to serve Him in a dispensational way, and to labor and work in such a way to cause a change in the dispensation, in the way that God works.

The Lord is calling the overcomers; in Rev. 2-3 we see that at the end of each of the epistles to the seven churches He calls those who overcome.

The call is very personal – He doesn’t call us in a general way, He doesn’t call entire churches or countries, but person after person.

Each one of us must respond to the Lord’s call one way or another, and there are wonderful, deep, high, glorious promises to those who answer the Lord’s call.

For us to partake of these promises, we need to first answer the Lord’s call for the overcomers; this call is for us to be overcomers today – not later, not in another time, but right now!

Amen, the Lord is calling for those who would turn the age, a kind of dispensational instrument that would do the work of turning the age – not just to live an ordinary Christian life or do an ordinary Christian service, but live a special kind of life and do a special kind of work to turn the age.

We believe that we are at the end of this age, and the Lord wants to turn this age; there needs to be the coming of the age of Christ’s kingdom, so we need to rise up, seize the opportunity, and be those who turn the age!

May we both individually and collectively, be those who answer the Lord’s call for the overcomers, the age-turning dispensational instrument, so that He may return, end this age, and bring in the age of the kingdom!

May we be those who have a Dispensational Value to God, being the Dispensational Instrument today!

And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, Now has come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ, for the accuser of our brothers has been cast down, who accuses them before our God day and night. And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they loved not their soul-life even unto death. Rev. 12:10-11Every time that God wants to make a dispensational move, that is, every time He wants to change an age and bring in another age, He must gain a group of people who are His dispensational instrument.

We are here not just for a simple move, a plain move; God moves all the time, He moves in all kinds of situations.

We are talking about a dispensational move, a move where God wants to change from one dispensation to another, from one way of doing things and administrating things to another, from one way of dealing with the world, the situation, the church, to another.

He wants to change the age to fulfill His purpose and advance His economy; for Him to carry out His move, He must move on from this age to another, from this dispensation to another.

He wants to make such a move now, thee days. For such an age-turning move, He must obtain a dispensational instrument; the key is who will cooperate with Him to turn this age.

Even if He could gain one person, He can change the age; in the Old Testament we see so many who cooperated with God and had dispensational value to God, and they were used by God to change the age.

Such ones were Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Samuel, David, and Daniel. Even more, we see how Nehemiah with Ezra with Zerubbabel changed the age, then we see John the Baptist, and of course, the Lord Jesus.

In the New Testament we see the first apostles, and then throughout history there have been saints or groups of saints who had dispensational value to God and changed the age.

In this so-called age of the church, there have been many who were raised by the Lord – often one man and sometimes small groups of people – and collectively they become the instrument to change God’s dispensation.

Today God wants to change the way that He does things among men so that He may carry out His purpose and accomplish His economy.

May we be those who have dispensational value to God. Yes, we all have value to God – we are His particular treasure, His peculiar treasure, simply by virtue of being regenerated to be children of God, sons of God, people of God, members of the church as the Body of Christ.

But simply to have this doesn’t make us people with dispensational value to God; God today is calling from among His people the special ones who would meet His need in a particular time.

Such ones have a particular value to Him; they are particularly useful to Him at a certain hour.

Now is the hour we’re in, so may we all prove to have such value to God! Such a person was Daniel, who was called by God, “man of preciousness”, even preciousness itself.

In God’s eyes the true preciousness is the cornerstone, Christ, whom the builders reject but God considers Him precious, even preciousness.

But today God needs more preciousnesses – He needs more saints, more brothers and sisters, who would rise up to the occasion to meet His need and take care of His interest now.

May we be such ones, those who have a dispensational value to God, the ones who are joined to Him in His word to do a work and have a life that changes the age!

Lord Jesus, we give ourselves to You to have a dispensational value to God. May our living and work be one that matches the age and hastens the Lord’s return to end this age and bring in the age of the kingdom. Amen, Lord, You must obtain Your dispensational instrument today, those who cooperate with You to change the age for the fulfillment of Your purpose and the carrying out of Your economy! Gain us as such ones! Gain us as the group of people who have a dispensational value to God, those who do a special work needed for this particular time to cooperate with Your ultimate move!

In this Special Time there’s the Need of Special Christians to do a Special Work to End this Age

Are we at the end of the age? If we are, the kingdom will soon begin. If a dispensational move is near, then God needs an instrument. General work is no longer adequate. The children of God lack a vision; they do not see the seriousness and intensity of the situation. Now is a matter of dispensation. Just being a good servant of the Lord is no longer good enough; this is not of great use to God. Please note that we are not saying that it is of no use. What are we doing to close this dispensation? What are we doing to bring in the next age? This is a special time, so there is the need of special Christians to do a special work. Watchman Nee, The Glorious Church, appendixSeeing that this age is drawing to a close and that the Lord’s return is imminent, we need to consider what are we doing to bring in the next age.

This is a special time, so there’s the need of special Christians to do a special work (Matt. 16:18; Rev. 19:7; 1 Cor. 1:9; Rev. 2:4-7; Col. 1:18b; John 17:21; 1 Cor. 14:4b; Eph. 4:16; Col. 2:19).

Especially these days with the partial or total lockdown due to the COVID19 situation, when some are isolating, others are quarantining, and still others are in lockdown, we need to consider the situation we are in and what are we doing to change this age.

Every hour, every minute, we need to be before the Lord to do the work that He needs and have the living that He requires to end this age; we must be those who have a dispensational value to God.

This we should do not just because of the crisis, not just because of the turmoils, the upheaval, and the things that are ravaging the earth today, but even more because of His urgent sense within us that He wants to return.

The outward things, situations, earthquakes, political situations, social crisis, and world situation – all these are indicators of God’s move, but deep within our spirit, if we turn to pray, we will have a deep sensation that this is a special time that God has ordained so that He may bring in the end of this age.

God has allowed through the environment this situation to happen so that we may come forward to Him. Right now there’s the need for special Christians to do a special work.

When the Lord gains the man-child and raptures him, this will bring an end to the church age and the kingdom age comes in; the man-child enables God to move.

God waits for us, His people, to cooperate with Him in His move. His binding on earth is based on our binding on earth; His looking in heaven is based on our loosing on earth – everything depends on the church.

His desire is that man, a created being, would deal with Satan and his followers, the fallen created being.

God desires that the church would deal with Satan, but the church as a whole has failed; therefore, He needs the overcomers to rise up to work together with Him.

Of all the dispensational moves, the man-child is the greatest because it removes man's power and the devil's power, and it brings in the kingdom. We live in the most privileged time; we can do the most for God. Light will show us the way, but strength and power will enable us to walk the road. A great price must be paid in order to be used now. Watchman Nee, The Glorious Church, appendixIn a sense, God’s eyes have left the church; His eyes are now on the overcomers, and He wants to gain not “special people” or “people who are special”, but overcomers who meet His particular need in this age by doing the special work required by the end of this age.

If a dispensational move is near, then God needs an instrument; general work is no longer adequate – we need to be not only good servants of the Lord but be special Christians who do a special work.

The Lord is waiting for the man-child to be produced; the rapture of the manchild will precipitate the events in Rev. 12.

This is the order in which God works; His eyes are on the kingdom, He wants to bring in the kingdom age, and for this He needs those who have a dispensational value to God, those who are the overcoming ones in this age, living and working in the principle of the Body.

God had many dispensational moves, but we are nearing the greatest of these moves, for the man-child will remove man’s power and the devil’s power, and this age turning will bring in the kingdom.

Brothers and sisters, we live in the most privileged time, for today we can do the most for God!

May we cooperate with Him for His ultimate move, finding grace and mercy in His eyes to be the special Christians who do a special work in this age!

Lord, cause us to see that we are at the end of this age, and the kingdom will soon begin. May we be the special Christians You require to do a special work to end this age and bring in the age of the kingdom. May we see the seriousness and intensity of the situation, and may we cooperate with the Lord to be part of the man-child who will be raptured to God! Amen, Lord, may we have a dispensational value to God, and may we follow the light that shows us the way and be strengthened to walk the road. Gain the man-child that will be raptured and cooperate with You to remove man’s power and the devil’s power, and who will bring in the kingdom!
