Let us pray for the trainees to be equipped in the realization of the divine truths

Who desires all men to be saved and to come to the full knowledge of the truth. 1 Tim. 2:4

Who desires all men to be saved and to come to the full knowledge of the truth. 1 Tim. 2:4

Dear saints, let us pray that the trainees would be equipped in the realization of the divine truths according to the Scriptures by the revelation of the Holy Spirit and would spend much time and effort to study the truth so that they may be fully equipped for the Lord’s service (1 Tim. 2:4; 2 Tim. 2:15; 3:16-17; 2 Pet. 3:18).

God desires all the saved ones to have the full knowledge of the truth. Truth means reality, denoting all the real things revealed in God’s Word, which are mainly Christ as the embodiment of God and the church as the Body of Christ. Every saved person should have a full knowledge, a complete realization, of these things. 1 Tim. 2:4, note 2 on, full, Recovery Version Bible

Another purpose of the training is to equip the trainees in the realization of the divine truths according to the Scriptures by the revelation of the Holy Spirit (2 Tim. 3:16-17; 1 Tim. 2:4; 2 Pet. 3:18). Equipping is versus merely educating and is done not in the way of dead letters but in an organic way. Realization is versus mere objective understanding. The divine truths are versus mere doctrines. The Scriptures and the revelation of the Holy Spirit are versus any man’s teaching or imagination. The departing trainees should have the assurance that they have been equipped in this way.
