Let’s pray for the contact of the freshmen on the college campuses

And He spoke many things to them in parables, saying, Behold, the sower went out to sow. And as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the way, and the birds came and devoured them…But others fell on the good earth and yielded fruit, one a hundredfold, and one sixtyfold, and one thirtyfold. Matt. 13:3-4, 8

Dear brothers and sisters, as the saints and the full-time teams begin a renewed labor on the campuses this fall semester, let us pray that the Lord would bless all the contact with the freshmen and all the saints’ labor during freshman orientations (Matt. 13:3-4, 8).

The easiest way to work among the students is to work on the freshmen. After students have been studying in college for two years, it is very hard to get them. When the high school graduates get into college, it is something new to them. At that time it is very easy for you to bring them in. Spend more time on the freshmen. We all have to take this word; it is something from my experience. If you are a farmer, you sow the seed. Before you sow the seed, you must select some good soil, some good land. Some places are not that good for sowing, but other places are very good. You therefore must be wise to sow in the proper place. Spend more time with the freshmen.
