Being one with the Lord to Learn, Apply, Speak, and Propagate the Truth, the High Gospel

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole inhabited earth for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matt. 24:14

For the consummation of the divine economy, we need to be one with the Lord to propagate the truth; we need to be one with the Lord in learning the truth, applying the truth, speaking the truth, and propagating the truth. Amen!

For this to take place, we need to pay the price to come to the Lord every day and have His shining in and through His word; we need to open our being to Him and welcome His light.

For us to know the truth and be constituted with the truth, we need to not merely learn the doctrines but dive into the truth.

We need to ask the Lord to shine on the Word, and we need to want the light and welcome the light.

Especially in this age of technology and electronics, we need to learn to stop ourselves so that we may receive the divine light.

We may be so busy doing this and that, and we may be busy doing things for the Lord, necessary things that have to be done and are good, but we may not stop our being to enjoy the Lord.

Martha was such a person; she was diligent in laboring for the Lord, and in John 10 she had so many concepts and opinions.

When the Lord told her that He is the resurrection and the life, she uttered her concept that, yes, she knows that there will be the resurrection from the dead – this is a postponing of the current experience of Christ as the resurrection life.

May we learn to stop our being and just contact the Lord.

May we realize our propensity toward work and simply stop our being in the Lord’s presence to receive light, enjoy Him in the light, and receive His fresh divine dispensing in the divine light.

And when the Lord shines on us through His Word, we simply need to say Amen to His word.

Day by day we need to come to Him in the light and live in the light, walk in the light, and welcome the divine light.

In this way we purify our soul by obedience to the truth; if we don’t do this, the divine things will not be real to us, and the church life and the spiritual things will lose their spiritual value and freshness. Oh, Lord!

When we cooperate with the Lord to purify our soul by obedience to the truth, we will concentrate our whole being on the Lord, and we will love Him with our whole heart, our whole soul, and our whole mind.

When we love the Lord in such a way, we will have unfeigned brotherly love, that is, we will love the brothers without any hypocrisy. Amen!

The way for us to love the Lord with our whole heart and to love the brothers with unfeigned love is by having our soul purified by obedience to the truth.

We need to be Absolute for the Propagation of the Truth, the Preaching of the High Gospel

Go therefore and disciple all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you all the days until the consummation of the age. Matt. 28:19-20The gospel of the kingdom needs to be preached to the whole inhabited earth, and then the end will come (Matt. 24:14); for the consummation of the divine economy, we need to be absolute for the propagation of the truth.

When He was physically ascending to the heavens in Matt. 28:19, the Lord Jesus gave us the commission that we would teach the truth and disciple the nations, teaching them all that He has commanded us.

This gospel, the gospel of the kingdom, includes all the truths in the Bible; the entire Bible is the gospel of God (Eph. 1:18; Col. 1:5).

Our unique commission as the church today is to preach the gospel; the content of the gospel is the truth (Matt. 24:14; Eph. 1:13; Col. 1:5).

For us to preach the truth is for us to preach the high gospel; we should not preach a low gospel, a gospel that is watered down to please people and appeal to their vanity, but the high gospel, the truth.

The highest point of God’s gospel is that God became a man that man may become God in life and in nature but not in the Godhead (Rom. 1:3-4; 8:3, 29).

The Lord has given to us His precious truth so that we may spread the truth not only to believers but also to unbelievers.

Actually, every human being on earth needs to hear the truth; for this, we need to be constituted with the truth, be absolute for the truth, and be absolute for the propagation of the truth (John 18:37).

The high peak of the gospel, the fact that God became man to make man God in life and nature but not in the Godhead, is something that we need to speak both to believers and unbelievers.

Every human being has the capacity for the truth; we have to believe that there must be some open ones around us, in whose heart there is the eternity.

The majority of people in the world will go in a certain direction, but there are seekers around us, and the Lord commissions us to go!

There are many around us in our schools, in our neighbourhoods, in our workplace, in the places we go for shopping, at the barbershop, in all the places – there are some open ones.

May we be those who are absolute for the propagation of the truth, obeying the Lord’s commission, to go and speak the gospel and propagate the truth in any way and in every way, by every means and by any means!

The gospel includes all the truths in the Bible; the entire Bible is the gospel of God — Eph. 1:18; Col. 1:5. The unique commission of the church today is to preach the gospel, the content of which is the truth — Matt. 24:14; Eph. 1:13; Col. 1:5. Our preaching of the truth is the preaching of the high gospel — Mark 16:15; 1 Tim. 2:4. The highest point of God’s gospel is that God became a man that man may become God in life and in nature but not in the Godhead — Rom. 1:3-4; 8:3, 29. The Lord has given us His precious truth for us to spread the truth not only to believers but also to unbelievers; every human being on earth needs to hear the truth — John 18:37b. 2021 Memorial Conference, outline 3In Matt. 28:19-20, the Lord has charged us to go and disciple the nations so that the present age may be consummated.

For the consummation of the age and the consummation of the divine economy, we need to be absolute for the propagation of the truth.

The Lord is waiting for us to propagate the truth, and then the end will come.

May we be one with the Lord in doing this, that is, be one with Him in learning the truth, being constituted with the truth, and propagating the truth!

When the divine truths are spread all over the earth, the Lord’s restoration will be brought in.

According to Isa. 11:9, the restoration will come because the earth will be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as water covers the sea.

May we have this reality in all the local churches and may all the saints have this experience daily, that they would be in Christ, allow Christ to guide them into the divine reality, be constituted with the truth to be the pillar and base of the truth, and be absolute for the propagation of the truth everywhere on earth!

May we all be filled with the truth and spread the truth so that the whole earth would be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah, as water covers the sea so that the restoration would come in!

Lord Jesus, we give ourselves to You to know the truth, be constituted with the truth, and be absolute for the propagation of the truth. Shine on us through Your word again and again, and televise the divine reality contained in the Word of God into our being day by day. Amen, Lord, we want to be constituted with the truth until we are filled with the truth and propagate the truth, preaching the high gospel all over the earth! We give ourselves to be one with You to preach the gospel of the kingdom on the whole inhabited earth for a testimony so that the end would come! Oh, may the knowledge of Jehovah fill the whole earth as waters cover the sea so that the age of restoration would come in!

Being one with the Lord to Learn, Apply, Speak, and Propagate the Truth Today

And He said to them, Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to all the creation. Mark 16:15 Who desires all men to be saved and to come to the full knowledge of the truth. 1 Tim. 2:4We need to be one with the Lord in learning the truth, applying the truth, speaking the truth, and propagating the truth (Zech. 8:16).

We need to develop such a habit to not only read the Bible regularly according to a schedule but give ourselves to learn the truth, apply the truth, speak the truth, and propagate the truth.

And the truth we need to speak is not just the low gospel that we hear today or the gospel of prosperity, but speak the high truth, preach the high gospel, to the whole inhabited earth.

Today the education level among people has been raised, and people’s reasoning, logic skills, and philosophical ideas are uplifted.

Many people today have questions requiring high levels of psychological reasoning, and many have deep philosophical questions.

If we preach the higher and deeper truths in the Bible, such as God’s creation, man’s fall, God’s becoming flesh, and God’s dispensing to gain and produce the New Jerusalem, everyone will be able to understand.

The Bible clearly reveals what is the meaning of the human life, and the high truths in the Word of God match people’s inner condition, raising their interest and thinking concerning the real meaning of human life.

When we are one with the Lord to learn the truth, apply the truth, speak the truth, and propagate the truth, we can help others to receive Christ, and we will hasten the Lord’s return; also, we will meet the need of human society in its present vain condition.

Even though society today seems to be so modern and civilized, educated, and refined, the result of civilisation and progress in society today is an emptiness within man.

Man is empty, trying this and that, attempting to fill himself with this and that, but only the divine truths being televised into them can meet their need.

May we no longer speak the superficial gospel of prosperity or peace; may we tell others that the only God – who is Triune – became flesh, died on the cross to accomplish redemption and resurrected to become the life-giving Spirit.

Now, this life-giving Spirit can come into man’s spirit when man repents and believes into Christ, so that man would obtain God’s life and have the Spirit mingled with his spirit.

This Spirit can enter into man to regenerate man, sanctify man, renew man, transform man, and conform and glorify man to make man the same as Christ, even to make man in the image of Christ, from glory to glory.

God desires to be one spirit with man, and man can become the same as God in life and nature but not in the Godhead to be part of God’s corporate expression.

When we speak the high gospel to others, when we’re one with the Lord to be absolute for the propagation of the truth, we will be filled with the essential Spirit inwardly and clothed with the economical Spirit outwardly.

The proper gospel is to tell others that the only God, who is the Triune God—the Father, Son, and Spirit—became flesh, died on the cross to accomplish redemption, and resurrected to become the life-giving Spirit. This life-giving Spirit is the processed Triune God. He went through incarnation, death, and resurrection to become the all-inclusive Spirit. When man repents and believes into Him, immediately He enters into man to be man’s life and life supply. He is in man as the essential Spirit and upon man as the economical Spirit. In this way He becomes one spirit with man, and man also becomes one spirit with Him. The result is that man possesses real joy, satisfaction, and the true meaning of human life. This is the high gospel that we should announce everywhere. Truth, Life, the Church, and the Gospel — The Four Great Pillars in the Lord's Recovery, Chapter 4, by Witness LeeWe will spontaneously live a life of love, light, holiness, and righteousness, and we will spontaneously have God’s image, consummating in the New Jerusalem. Amen!

If we would spread the Lord’s recovery today and hasten the Lord’s return, we need to know every side of the truth and be able to expound the truth so that we may propagate the truth (2 Cor. 4:2; 3 John 3-4, 8).

We need to learn the truth in an experiential way in the church life; as we fellowship with the saints, shepherd others, and visit the new ones, we need to speak not in a doctrinal way but in an experiential way.

The way we propagate the truth is not by speaking doctrines to others but by ministering life to them, by speaking to them the truth in an experiential way.

It is good to read the Word and ask ourselves if this is our experience, how can we experience this, and how can we cooperate with the Lord to experience the truth so that we may minister life to others.

We need to get into the truth both personally and corporately, with the saints; our preparation should be not merely by memorizing the truth but by applying it to our experience and by asking the Lord to make it real to us in our experience.

In our small group meetings, we need to have the mutual asking and answering of questions for mutual perfecting and learning. In this way, we are being equipped and prepared to propagate the truth and we will be one with the Lord for the propagation of the truth.

Lord, we give ourselves to learn the truth, apply the truth, speak the truth, and propagate the truth. We want to be one with You, Lord, for the divine reality to be wrought into us, become our reality and experience, and flow out of us toward others. May our learning the truth and applying the truth be in an experiential way, in the way of life, so that we would not merely know doctrines but have the living truth constituted into us. May our meetings be full of learning and being equipped by our mutual asking of questions and answering. Make the truth so experiential to us, dear Lord, so that we may be able to propagate the truth and minister life to others also!

    – Just to enjoy Thy word, / With it, go forth to sow, / Watering men’s hearts faithfully, / That God may cause to grow. / Just to enjoy Thy Word, / Our hearts with love o’erflow, / With one another, Christ we share, / Thy Body thus doth grow. (Song on, Just to enjoy Thy word)
