It is great privilege and an immense opportunity for young people to give themselves to the Lord to be trained for at least two years! The Full Time Training, established by brother Witness Lee, is now in many countries around the world (see FTTA, FTTL, FTTMY, FTTM, FTTT, FTTS, FTTMX, etc) . We need to be trained – not to become “pastors” or “preachers”, but to be normal Christians living by the divine life, in fellowship with the Lord, and serving in coordination in the church life.
