Let’s pray for the trainees to see and enter into the goal of the training (3)

Dear saints, let us pray that the trainees would see and enter into the goal of the training, which is also to reach the reality of the Body of Christ by living a life conformed to Christ’s death in the power of His resurrection (Phil. 3:10; Eph. 1:22-23; 4:4a; John 11:25a; Eph. 3:16 and note 4; Phil. 1:21a; Rom. 8:4).

The power that is referred to in 1:19-22 and that raised Christ from the dead, seated Christ at the right hand of God in the heavenlies, subjected all things under Christ’s feet, and gave Christ to be Head over all things to the church. Such power operates in us (v. 20), and with such power God strengthens us for the church. Eph. 3:16, footnote 4 on the word, power, Recovery Version Bible.
